Beautiful spacious recently painted and partially renovated house is ready to have you as a guest with a great family room and dining area. The location of the house is amazing for visitors; for whom would like to enjoy the great restaurants, mall, beach, tourists areas- Queen Mary, and aquarium in Long Beach, Universal Studio, Rodeo Drive in La, Disneyland and Knots berry's farm at Anaheim. La Joy-a Beach, and San Diego Zoo and LegoLand in San Diego.

Perfect place for my trip

This house had plenty of places to sleep. The host replied promptly to any questions I had and I would definitely look forward to using this location again.

Large house great location

House was beyond my expectations! Kamran was very good at responding and communicating anything that was needed. Excellent house 🏠 ideal for a large family, super comfortable, clean, I totally recommend it, 💯 Kamran was always available for any questions I had, he answered me quickly, it's a pretty large, amazing house! The location was beautiful and really close to Mall and Costco and all the restaurants where we did our shopping for the week . There was a park right across the street less than 4 min walk which was really nice for the dogs to run around in. Definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for an amazing clean place to stay that is a close drive to the city!!! Thank you once again Kamran

Great location

The owner immediately answered any question we had and most importantly we felt we were in a safe neighborhood that was centrally located to all the places we wanted to visit. We would definitely stay here again. If you are looking for fancy with a perfectly stocked kitchen and bathroom this might not be for you. We were gone most of the time so we bought some paper plates and cups and were fine. Some of the beds are so squeaky there is no way 2 people could share but they are all comfortable and my 6 kids all had their own bed and space to spread out. There is a 10 foot deep cement hole in the backyard that I would be worried about if I had small kids but we didn't spend much time at the house so we just locked the back door and said to stay out of the yard so no problem for us. This home worked very well for our family for a week in the Los Angeles area.

Generally good, some issues

Overall the property was spacious and bigger than we expected. It would have been better to have another bathroom considering there are six useable bedrooms, but we knew going in that there were only two. Issues we identified as being less than ideal included the following: Toilet in one bathroom was leaking; Both bathrooms could use an upgrade to better shower heads; Large empty pool in the backyard was a safety hazard; couldn’t let the 3 year old child or our small dogs in the back for fear of them falling in; Washer and dryer were coin operated (!); maybe this is accepted in California due to the water situation, but we haven’t seen this before.

Pleasant experience

This was a nice property in a good location close to everything a traveler would need. The house was spacious with plenty of beds and bedrooms which fit our needs perfectly. The owner communicated continuously through the booking and leading up to our arrival in addition to any questions while at the property. The price was appropriate for the house and location. There were a few improvements needed. The hot water was fleeting and there was some cleaning issues that needed to be addressed. The home needed some TLC throughout because it appeared to be older and one of the bedrooms had some type of lacquer smell the whole trip which was unpleasant. The couch has stains on it and if the pool is not going to be used should be covered because it was a wide open hole that seemed dangerous. Overall we enjoyed our time and appreciate the usage of the rental.
