This charming one bedroom condo is located just minutes away from Old Town Scottsdale's best shopping, restaurants, and bars. The complex offers fitness center, pool, spa, and game room for all of your entertainment desires. Relax with your morning cup of coffee on the patio over looking the pool. Condo is comfortably furnished and fully stocked. Everything you need is here. Just bring your suitcase and enjoy your stay!

The space
One bedroom and one bath unit located in the popular Maya complex. This complex is walking distance to Old Town Scottsdale and Fashion Square Mall. Condo is well appointed and kitchen is fully stocked.
Guest access
Guests have entire unit to themselves. There is no shared spaces.

Other things to note
No parties or disruptive behavior to the complex or neighbors.

All HOA rules must be followed when using the amenities. A welcome book with the rules will be provided at check in.

Ring camera on the front of the home for guest safety and security of the property. No cameras in home

Unfortunately there was black mold in the closet of the bedroom. We didn’t stay at this property as booked. The good thing was that the property manager refunded our money in full promptly.We had stayed in this property previously and liked the location.

Good location. Walking distance to Old Town Scottsdale and the Entertainment District. Many restaurants are nearby as well.

The condo was located near many places! It seemed like a very safe location. It was as shown in the photos. The only complaint was we didn’t have the fob to access the laundry or pool. So unable to do any laundry during our stay.

Location, location

We liked the location near Old Town Scottsdale. This condo could use some updates, but has a nice patio overlooking the pool.

Family Thanksgiving stay in Scottsdale

The condo’s location & complex were excellent & patio faced nice heated pool, but all condo patio chairs broken. Hot tub & club house were great & steps away. Beautiful landscaping. Condo Problems: Rooms poorly lit, electricity was on, off or dimmed. Bulbs dead & lamps broken.Few of the amenities listed on owners letter were on site. No entrance card to access pool, laundry, exercise room or other areas of complex until day 3 after several requests.

The room was very nice and and well equipped. The pool area was nice. the patio was cluttered with broken furniture. The parking area was littered with garbage and needs a good cleaning.

Musty, Crusty, and Dusty

The photos of the property are completely false. We feel like we were scammed! This place has obviously had no maintenance or updates in a LONG time. There’s a strong musty odor throughout. The patio furniture is ripped, broken and unusable. The doors don’t fit squarely, locks are sticky, mildewed shower curtain, bulbs missing from several lamps… It’s totally crusty. Hasn’t been maintained well, smells musty, doors don’t fit squarely, locks are sticky, mildewed shower curtain, bulbs missing from several lamps. The towel bar has apparently been busted off the wall, so there’s nowhere to hang a towel. The toilet handle malfunctions. We were given ONE hand towel for the bathroom. No instructions on site for how to use the multiple remotes or find and use the onsite facilities. The list goes on and on. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else!
