The architecture was stunning. The water view was tranquil. Paul the owner communicated with us and made our stay pleasant.

Deeply disappointed.

Nice condo but we left shortly after arriving. Setting not at all as expected. Community is right off of main highway (traffic audible) at end of a short, dead end street with a few homes, businesses, warehouses or other metal buildings and parking lots with commercial vehicles - not inviting, comfortable vacation environs. Listing is accurate about it being in a waterfront condo community, but is a very small community of 5 or 6 condos with no services or real proximity to any and zero green space. No beach, nowhere to swim, take a long walk or jog, no easily accessible restaurants or town. To get any where you have to drive. Beaches listed in guest book were 30 - 45 minutes away. For dining there’s a food truck about 1/8 mile away where you get off the highway. That’s it. The unit overlooks the water with a nice view despite a partially sunken ship and old refinery. But, no privacy as the communal space is right in front of the porch. This may be great for those who want to do a few water sports, but not if you have children. There is deep water immediately adjacent to the property, with no gradually increased depth such as that found at most beaches. We waited a long time to make this trip. Had we seen where it really was, we never would have rented this condo. We came to PR to enjoy the beauty, culture and vibe of the island and its people, but that was not going to happen here. It just didn’t feel like where we wanted to spend our vacation. Expensive lesson learned.
