Marvel in this mid-century-inspired residence. The home is conveniently situated in the heart of Peoria where you're only minutes drive from Peoria Heights and Dunlap. Easy access to the interstate brings you downtown (Caterpillar, OSF, Methodist, etc) in less than 15 minutes! Inside, the amenities include fast, reliable wifi, 55" Smart TV, new memory foam mattresses, extra bed linens, all cookware with basic spices, and a work-desk space!

Single floor, bungalow, perfect for people who want to avoid stairs! Washer and dryer located right off of the kitchen. This home has three bedrooms each with queen size beds. One bathroom with a shower in tub.

Have the entire place to yourself! No need for keys! This unit is armed with digital lock and guests will be provided with unique entry code.

Located in a quiet and safe cul-de-sac.

It Was Mostly Okay

2-star hotel quality at best. The reviews are a little misleading, but the nightly rate says in all. The space and amenities were as listed. It was functionally adequate and mostly clean. Cosmetically, the kitchen and bath could use some TLC. The center supports on one of the beds needs repairs.

Great Peoria Find

Property mirrors photos. Good location and close to Peoria Opera center. House comes with full appliances and toiletries if needed. House was clean but the bathroom was a little disappointing specifically with sink & tub.

Nice family friendly space

This was a perfect place to host my family for the holidays. Well priced and clean. Loved that the kitchen was fully stocked with all the dishes and utensils I needed for cooking while there. The only thing I would change was the toilet paper— what they had was not nice to use. Everything else went smoothly though

Birthday Weekend

We were in Peoria celebrating our Grandsons first birthday. Located close to Peoria Heights and several great restaurants and parks. Correspondence with host was very good. He was quick to respond to a few questions we had. House was very clean. TV is Roku. Not a lot of choices but we found enough to keep our 4 month old interested. Definitely would stay here again

Easy Stay for the Parents

My parents were coming for an extended stay and didn't want to be house guests for a whole week so we rented this cute little house for their stay. The location was perfect and the house had everything they needed. The yard and outside of house need a little TLC but did not interfere with the stay. Matthew responded promptly to all inquiries. Overall a very good experience.

Nice home in Peoria

First time booking a VRBO and it was a good experience. I came in to visit my family and unfortunately, due to illness my husband had to stay home. I enjoyed my stay, the home was just as shown in the photos. I was surprised at how quiet the neighborhood was. I felt very safe and comfortable in this home. Nicely decorated, very clean, and lots of coffee!!

This was my VRBO experience and I was NOT disappointed! The house was very clean, had all streaming services, and simple check in/checkout processes. Would definitely recommend this house to anyone interested in staying in the Peoria area!

Great place to stay

This property worked well for our family. It gave us space to provide our young children with their usual bedtime and nap routines, and had all the same comforts of home. The location is a short drive from all the activities we did downtown, and minutes away from restaurants and groceries.

Just what we needed!

The house was super cute, in a convenient location and very clean. We loved the color scheme of the furniture in the living room. Matt made the whole process extremely easy and straightforward. We’ll plan on staying here in the future!

Great neighborhood, cute house.

We really liked the house and the neighborhood. This is not a luxury stay, but a good clean budget option. Matthew is great and very responsive to issues. Would stay again.

Great stay!

This was our first experience staying at a house rental and it was perfect! The main thing for me was the cleanliness of the house inside and out. It was helpful to have a washer and dryer and a good size kitchen with everything we needed to save a few bucks and avoid eating out every day. Having three bedrooms was great for us and our kids. The location was great, too. We were within 30 minutes of all the awesome disc golf courses and some fun attractions for our kids. When we need to come back to the Peoria area this will be our first choice!

Fine. Could do better

The property was generally clean and spacious. It was comfortable for our needs as we were visiting family in the area. The coffee maker and counter area were a plus. It lacked some finer details such as clean / organized kitchen drawers. (Some utensils/dishes had been put away dirty and there was no wine or bottle opener.) Though it had three bedrooms, we could only find 3 hangers. There was a grease stain on the comforter in one of the bedrooms. I communicated these with the owner and he said it would be taken care of. (We had no need for these to be handled during our stay.) The owner provided all access information in advance and we had no troubles using the property or communicating with the owner. I think the property could easily be up to 5 star rating with a little extra care.
