Newly Renovated Oceanfront Condo at N. Topsail Beach

Spend a week at this newly renovated condo at Villa Capriani, North Topsail Island. Enjoy multiple oceanfront pools, hot tubs, and Splash by the Sea onsite restaurant and bar. The entire property has been newly renovated in 2021. The beach is a few steps from the door, take a 5-minute walk to Seaview Pier & Restaurant, fish or enjoy a homestyle breakfast or lunch in Seaview Restaurant. Sit on the balcony and watch the sunset, listen to the live music on the patio, or use the community grills on the property. This privately owned home is pristine with pillow-top mattresses, new appliances, beautiful fresh interiors, and all the amenities you could want! Note that the property has elevators, however the unit itself has an indoor flight of stairs. This unit would not be suitable for a handicapped or immobile individual of any age. A baby gate is provided for the safety of small children.

This property is fantastic

This property is roomy and comfortable. Great location with lots of pools and hot tubs for all ages. The restaurant is delicious and affordable. The balcony view is roomy and fantastic. We enjoyed this place and will rent again!

Amazing Condo

2nd year in a row we have stayed in this unit, and we were just as pleased this time around. Communication was great and the condo had everything we needed. We can’t wait to come back again!!

Beautiful Beach Condo

We had an amazing stay. The house was spotless and had everything we needed. The view was amazing. We enjoyed beach time and also the pools that were at the property. The communication with Libby, the owner, was great. She responded very quickly and was so helpful. I would definitely recommend staying at this condo.

Hidden Coastal Gem

Absolutely loved the location, amenities and the cleanliness of this condo. Everything we could possibly need was available in the condo - very attentive to all the details. Would definitely return to this Villa. Management was easily available for any questions that arose. The restaurant on premises was fabulous and everyone was so friendly. I can't wait for our next vacation😊

Absolutely amazing Condo!

From the moment we walked through the door we knew we were going to have an awesome week! The Condo was super clean, smelled great and the overall decor throughout is just so so beautiful with an awesome beachy feel!!! The pool and oceanfront view is just amazing!! The owners communication is top notch and it was just an overall flawless experience that we will definitely be returning to!! Can't wait until next time!

Great location, great views, great pool and ocean!

This was our first time staying at Villa Capriani as our family recommended it. This unit and host were spectacular. The process was easy and the view is unbelievable. Note there are about 16 stairs once you open the door up to the 4th floor loft, but the view is well worth it and you have the best view. This unit is very nicely decorated, updated, clean, and well equipped with everything you would need including a Keurig and blender. We loved the fact that you can sit by the pool all day then take a break and visit the beach and hunt for shells and shark teeth! The host was very responsive and the booking and check in instructions were perfect. We will definitely return and try to rent this unit.

Quality Vacation Home!

The communication with the owner was top notch- always willing and able to answer questions and relay pertinent information. The home is beautifully decorated and updated. The patio has great chairs to sit on and enjoy the sunrise or evening entertainment from the restaurant. There wasn’t anything that I felt was missing throughout the week- from kitchen needs to comfort items. There was even a box fan in the second bedroom for those of us that need a fan at night! My only suggestion (wouldn’t even call it a concern or complaint) would be to have curtains/blinds in at least the bedrooms. Note: the whole unit is one level but you have to climb stairs as soon as you walk in the door in order to get to the unit. The entry way is wonderful for leaving sandy beach items. Thank you for giving us a great place to enjoy our family vacation!

FABULOUS VACATION CONDO - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Can't say enough great things about this Condo rental and the owner/property manager. The unit itself was spacious, clean, wonderfully decorated and comfortable. The view from the balcony was outstanding and undeniably relaxing! There were plenty of things to do within the confines of the Condo premises and the beach it fronts along the great Atlantic Ocean. The amenities provided gave us hours of outdoor fun and the dining experience served up by the on-site restaurant was consistently top notch. Communication from the owner/manager was friendly, cogent and concise. Two things worth mentioning, just so you know.. There are no window treatments in the bedrooms, so if you are light sensitive, bring a sleep mask; and you must bring your own bed linens, which was something we missed in the listing and/or arrival instructions. Definitely looking forward to booking this great place again! Thank you Ms. Libby!
