Inviting and peaceful one story home on the 13th fairway at Cortez golf course in the beautiful gated Hot Springs Village famous golf course and family vacationing destination, 9 courses for the avid golfer and 11 lakes for the enthusiastic fisherman with boat rentals available at the 2 marinas in the village, cozy home with walls of windows to relax and enjoy a fabulous outdoor living area with fun happy hours and watch the birds in the woods or the wildlife roaming the golf course, and yard games for a fun activity while enjoying the peaceful backyard. Great chef's kitchen fully stocked, All bedrooms have TV's with cable and a large Smart TV is in a dedicated TV room so bring your codes for netflex, amazon, hulu and etc ,antenna for local channels, split bedrooms for privacy, jacuzzi tub in bathroom to help relax those muscles after a long day with the outdoor activities, gas and charcoal grills available for use,. (bring your charcoal) 8 mins to indoor pool and fitness center. Guest Access to golf, trails for biking, hiking. Pickle ball, tennis, bocce ball, lawn ball, 2 beaches, fitness center,indoor pool and many more amenities for our guest with a guest pass in this memory making vacation spot, 25 mins to Oaklawn Race track and Casino and 20 mins to downtown Hot Springs National Park and museums, restaurants many activities, 45 mins to Arkansas's capital city, Litte Rock, Mine for Crystals at the local crystal Mines, and a day trip to the famous diamond mine. We are located in the Ouachita National Forest at the foothills of the Ozark Mountains so come and take a drive to the beautiful views of the Ozarks while driving to Mt Nebo or Petti Jean and Mt Magazine state parks. Larry and Gail love the village and its many amenities, highly desired tennis courts, lawn ball, bocce ball, playground, swimming pools, club houses with work out centers, spa and heated pool, concerts in the park, pickleball,11 lakes for fishing/boating and 9 golf courses for the avid golfer in this gated community and to also enjoy water sports, boat rentals, swimming beaches, restaurants and much more. All amenities are accessible for guest. We decided to share the wonders of this community and our cozy warm peaceful "Casa Tranquilo" retirement home while we travel and allow guest to rejuvenate from a stressful job while reading and playing yard games provided along with all this gated community has to offer. The perfect place for your family vacation in the Ouachita Mountains at the foot of the Ozarks with so much to do in and nearby in Hot Springs National Park.
