Ideal Barranquilla Apartment

I love this place so much that, after a two-week stay, I extended for another three weeks. The building staff -- security and maintenance -- are courteous, cordial, and very effective. The VRBO management is always nearby and alway ready with help, recommendations, and solutions. The surrounding area is very good, with an excellent park, restaurants, a bakery, and groceries within an easy walk. One of Barranquilla's two major shopping malls is an easy 15-minute walk. Overall, and excellent stay.

PERFECT

My girlfriend is from Barranquilla and we were in town visiting family. We pictures online do not tell the whole story of the quality and cleanliness of the unit. We could not have been more impressed. We hope to return to this unit upon our next stay.

As Nice as it Gets in B'quilla

We visit Barranquilla at least once a year to spend time with my wife's family. Typically we stay in one of the city's nicer hotels, but we really wanted a second room in case the mother-in-law wanted to sleep over, and a kitchen so that we could make our own, healthier meals. (The food here is delicious, but not the healthiest.) So -- as we often do in other cities -- we checked out VRBO, and are very happy we did. The management at this apartment has been great. Pre-arrival communication was solid, and on-site assistance has been really fast, efficient, and effective. The location is very good. Plenty of restaurants and bars nearby, a large grocery store, a pharmacy... basically everything we need within easy walking distance, and an easy place to catch a cab as well. The apartment itself is sparkling clean, all the appliances and 3 TVs fully functional, and the air conditioning effective. Also, on-demand hot water, which you can't assume everyplace here has. An additional bonus... on-site security which is very vigilant and also very courteous. This is our new "go to" place in Barranquilla. Highly recommended!
