• Upper Floor: Features a master ensuite bedroom (with private bathroom) and two additional double bedrooms sharing a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower. The master and one of the double bedrooms have twin beds that can be joined into doubles, providing flexible sleeping arrangements. All bedrooms include air conditioning and direct access to balconies.

• Lower Floor: Includes an open-plan living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining area with direct access to the pool terrace. Additionally, there is a WC with a washer for added convenience.

-- Villa Sofia is a single-level residence:

It features a master ensuite bedroom (with private bathroom) and two additional double bedrooms sharing a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower. All bedrooms have air conditioning and twin beds that can also be joined into doubles. The open-plan living room, fully equipped kitchen, and dining area provide a seamless indoor-outdoor experience with direct access to the pool terrace.
