Villa Thomas & Sofia with Pools and Panoramic View

Two side by side villas with two private pools fully equipped and able to comfortably accommodate up to 14 people. In total, both residences offer 6 double bedrooms, 2 fully equipped kitchens with dining areas, two living rooms, 4 bathrooms and 1 WC. Both maisonettes are surrounded by private terraces and balconies offering panoramic sea views! The nearest sandy beach is just 5’ minutes drive away while Chania city center is a 12’ drive. AC, wifi, washer, dishwasher, bbq all available!

Villa Thomas (100m2) and Villa Sofia (80m2) are fully equipped and able to comfortably accommodate 14 persons in total.

Villa Thomas is a two level home. On the upper floor there is one master ensuite bedroom (with bathroom) and two more double bedrooms sharing one spacious bathroom with walk in shower. The master bedroom and the second double bedroom offer twin beds that can be joined. All bedrooms have air conditioning units and offer direct access to the balconies. On the lower level there is an open space living room with a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. There is direct access to the pool terrace. On the lower lever, there is also one more WC with a washer inside.

Villa Sofia is on one level. There is one master ensuite bedroom (with bathroom) and two more double bedrooms sharing one spacious bathroom with a walk in shower. All bedrooms have air conditioning units and offer twin beds that can be joined to double. There is an open space living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and direct access to the pool terrace.

Our Villas offer two different terraces with private pools to offer you moments of relaxation and privacy. You will find outdoor furniture like a dining table with chairs, sun loungers and parasols and a stone built barbecue.

The villas are suitably located in the greater area Pano Stalos, only a 5-minute distance to the nearest beach. It is an ideal location if you like to stay away from the busy Chania city center but also be next to the beach and to the famous seafront resorts of Agioi Apostoloi, Agia Marina and Platanias offering all kinds of services, shops, water sports, and nightlife.

Our residence is located 10km west of Chania city center, close to Agioi Apostoloi, Agia Marina and Platanias beaches. The wider area is a well-developed resort that attracts a large number of visitors each summer. Kato Stalos, which is the coastal part of Ano Stalos, has a fantastic sandy beach. The beach is very well organized and provides all possible touristic services and water sports facilities. The area offers all necessary services and amenities such as supermarkets, ATMs, pharmacies, bars, cafes, and restaurants. There are also regular bus services to the city of Chania.

Please be aware that our rates exclude an additional stayover tax. For stays from March to October, the tax is €10 per night, while from November to February, it is €4 per night. This tax applies to all bookings starting January 1st, 2024. Guests are required to pay this additional tax directly to the check-in assistant who will be responsible for key handover upon arrival.
