Welcome to Coastal Waters unit 111, this is your basic studio efficiency with two double beds, and private bathroom. offers a TV with cable and free WiFi. Small microwave and mini fridge. Please note, this was a converted hotel room with all the basics and the perfect place to rest your head after a long day on the beach.

Located in the Coastal Waters condominiums, an ocean front complex that offers a year around heated pool, BBQ area and private beach access. Coastal Waters is located on the drive beach and within walking distance to a few great restaurants and just a block from the 27th ave park.

There is parking in the front and an overflow parking across the street which can accommodate your trailer or boat, parking is first come first serve with appropriate parking pass. New Smyrna Beach is known for its small town character and family atmosphere. The warm climate, wide, white sand beaches, and variety of outdoor activities make this the perfect Florida beach vacation spot.

PLEASE NOTE:
We provide a "starter supply" of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags. The starter supplies should suffice until a trip to the store is required. We do recommend you bring shampoo/conditioner, soap, coffee, and anything else you may need for your perfect vacation!
