The bathroom has a luxurious and deep tub perfect for soaking. Two high end shower heads (one with a flex hose and the other is a rain shower). With a light over the tub you can easily read and soak!
The main room has a full kitchen (full set of plates/pots/cutlery all matching and in great condition) with most items you need to create any meal. There is a stand up work desk that converts to a guest bed (thick memory foam and very comfortable) with a very high quality light blocking curtain to create a great sleeping area.
We live here six months of the year and have designed the place with a couple in mind. A highly liveable space! TV, high speed internet, great sound system, fireplace and very clean. New towels and linens throughout. There is an owner lock off unit attached (separate entrance) and used occasionally. Pets/smoking are not permitted. Maximum two guests.
Our 44 unit complex has recently had a significant interior refurbishing with a look to reflect the early days of Whistler. It is a three story building (originally built as a hotel) with a large lobby and common halls and stairways.
There is an indoor hot tub (no jets) easily accessible through the hallways. For winter 2024/25 a large new exterior hot tub will be in place. The interior one will be shut down. Nearby is an excellent grocery store, liquor store, gas station/convenience store, multiple restaurants and bars. Exiting 25m from our building is the paved/cleared trail to the 10 passenger gondola approximately 400m away. about a 5 minute walk.
5% VAT and 8% Provincial Hotel tax is collected by the owner and remitted to the appropriate Government agency.
