STAY FOR 3 NIGHTS . . . A WEEK . . . OR TWO throughout the year! You'll love this wonderful 4 BR, 2 BA home, sleeping 10 in the charming neighborhood of Bay Vista. Situated so close to the boardwalk and the beautiful beaches, shops, restaurants and nightlife of Rehoboth and Dewey, but tucked away, away from the crowds! In just 3 simple turns you can be in the heart of Rehoboth Beach in approximately 4 minutes, avoiding busy Rehoboth Avenue! The home is mere minutes from Jungle Jim's Water Park, Miniature Golf and the tax-free shopping at Tanger Outlets. Head south about 5 minutes to Dewey Beach and in about 12 minutes, you'll be in the picturesque Delaware Seashore Park. The neighborhood is quiet and residential: you'll enjoy your morning walk while savoring the canal and Rehoboth Bay views . . . and you'll have no problem sleeping, as Bay Vista is far from high volume traffic and commercial areas. Comfortable and spacious, with 3 first floor bedrooms, a spa-like first floor steam shower, a 2nd floor suite with jetted tub, a spacious living area, an inviting sunroom, rear patio, gas bbq grill, outdoor shower, W/D, DW & AC. On the occasional cloudy or rainy day, you will enjoy the 5 smart TV's perfect for binge-watching your favorite shows! Bonus: the owner graciously offers one Rehoboth Beach parking permit so you don't have to pay the meters! No pets or smoking permitted. Guests pay a $190 cleaning fee for every stay. Sheets and towels are not included, but are available for rent. Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards (subject to a 2.75% Convenience Fee). We also accept E-checks with no fees, as well as personal checks. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30-days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card (subject to a 2.75% Convenience Fee).

Close to everything but do have to drive

Great neighborhood! Nice house. Close to everything but you do have to drive. Check in and check out was easy and accommodating. Chelsey was very helpful. If you want a less busy beach, check out Bethany Beach one day.

Good beach rental

We really enjoyed this house. We were just 4 people and it was really bigger than we needed. The location is nice and quiet, but you certainly need to drive or at least bike to get to Rehoboth Beach. I would happily rent this property again.

Good location to get to the Bay or the beach! Easy to get to. Big rooms. Plenty of space. It was perfect for our family.

Weekend Retreat

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our shirt but sweet visit to the cute and quiet property . The house was not completely prepared for our arrival as many things were not tended to prior to our arrival. There was also a large wild animal living under the shed in the backyard. If a little more attention is given to this property it could be a real gem , including an operating hot tub and whirlpool bath tub which was out of order for our visit.

Great trip with friends for a long shore weekend

Stayed here with a group of friends for Labor Day weekend and we had a lovely stay. The space is perfect for hanging out. There's two living rooms and an outdoor space with a grill. Every room has a TV too, which was cool. The bedroom upstairs is like a suite. The location is good and not far from beaches, bars, and restaurants. Only negative was that the lights in one of the bathrooms goes off and doesn't turn back on. They have a note up on how to turn it back on, but that doesn't hold. Another big thing is that you have to either rent or bring your own linens. This goes for sheets snd towels. They don't advertise that in the listing. Also, they make you put down a huge security deposit or pay an insurance fee, which I've never encountered before. And there's a credit card fee of 3% if you pay by card.

Had a nice stay

We enjoyed our stay and the home was spacious and close to everything we wanted to do. The people staying before us left the dishwasher full of clean dishes which we didn’t empty out since we never did any cooking. We brought our own sheets and towels since they weren’t included.

37444 Third Street

Beautiful home and spacious. Home had amenities needed for a week stay (pots. pans, utensils, etc). 2nd floor bedroom was great. Would have liked a little more privacy with curtains although with the beautiful big window I am sure that is difficult. The outdoor patio is nice. We did enjoy a night or two outside until the mosquitos decided to feast. The parking rocks made it difficult to walk on and I felt they made a mess on the road and walkway to front door. All in all a great home rental that I would return to and recommend to others.

Last minute Beach Getaway

The location of the rental was excellent as it is in a beautiful neighborhood and was conveniently located to everything in Rehoboth. It was large unit with plenty of space for everyone and decorated with beautiful beach vibes. The only issues revolved around the upkeep and cleaning of the property. The outside of the property could use some TLC , the yard area needs some lawn care services and exterminators to address the ants that have made a home i in the wood framing around the front entrance. Upon arrival the property wasn’t cleaned properly as there were remnants of food in the sinks, candy / cereal under a few of the beds/cabinets and the appliances were dirty. Otherwise everything was fine. I would absolutely recommend this property.

Had a Lovely Time

This house was as advertised. There is no hot tub and no beach chairs, umbrellas, or toys. But there was plenty of space for my large group including 3 children. Two main living room spaces and a nice large dining room table to eat around. Kitchen was well stocked. It is a pain to have to bring all of your own linens but it seemed like that was the norm for the area. The outdoor area is nice but basically unusable with the mosquitos this time of year. The primary bedroom is nice and spacious but could use curtains on the large windows facing the street. It was an easy short drive to the beach and restaurants. We found the neighborhood to be very relaxed with nice people and beautiful homes. My friends and I had a great vacation.

Relax by the Bay

We had a great time in this beautiful house! It accommodated 8 people very comfortably. It's roomy and nicely equipped. The owners are very gracious, and they worked with us to resolve issues with the grill and locking the back door. It's a little far from the beach, but very conveniently located otherwise. We rented a scooter, and that was great for zipping around. It's very close to the bay, so there are a lot of mosquitos. Bring bug spray and citronella! The hot tub in the spa room isn't working, but the spa is really nice! Overall, a great place, and we would stay there again.

Rehoboth Gem

4 bedrooms, 2 baths, a spa room, steam shower & jacuzzi (not always available), spacious living room and sunroom so the family can spread out. Amenities seating at the dining room table, and only a short drive/ bike ride/walk (if you take your time) to the boardwalk. I highly recommend this property!
