Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Great location with perfect pool area

We enjoyed the layout of the home and the pool areas having privacy. Unfortunately with the close proximity of neighbors, the house next door had dogs that barked from morning to night which was obnoxious. There were a few things that could have been better (a lot of hairs in the freezer, ice maker didn’t work, roaches in bathroom towel cabinet), but other than that it was great!

Excellent place to stay in 30A

Great Stay at Luckie Days!

Overall we had a great stay! The listing didn’t say it comes with a golf cart but we saw a review saying it does and sure enough got there and it was there, however, they didn’t send the agreement to signed so that pushed us back a bit from using it. The pool was perfect and our kids had a blast every day! Rooms were perfect for our group with plenty of space.

Great house, loved the golf cart and private pool!

We had a great time here with our married kids and grandbaby. The house was spacious with a private pool in the backyard, golf cart that was filled up with fuel, and bikes available for us! It was a 10 minute golf cart ride and walk to the beach, and it was on a very quiet street, close to restaurants and coffee shops. The house had everything we needed and we would love to come back again!

Lovely home with excellent amenities

We have stayed here twice and hope to stay again. The communication was excellent with the property management. The home is clean, convenient and welcoming. The golf cart, pool and bikes are our favorite amenities. We love this home.

Nice home, but....

Getaway on 30A

This house is in a great location- just a few blocks from the beach and to 30A. Lots of great restaurants and shops nearby, close to public access to the beach, walking distance to many things. If you don’t want to walk or drive your car, bikes and a golf cart are provided. The heater on the pool wasn’t working before our arrival but we were notified and someone was sent out to fix it. We were refunded the heater fee for the days we were unable to use the pool. Communication was prompt and easy. House is well equipped for the average family and use. We plan to return next year!

Relaxing getaway

My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary getaway. We loved to close proximity to everything of this house. It’s a short walk, bike ride, or golf cart drive from the beach, restaurants, and shops. House was nice with large bedrooms, very clean, and had most everything you might need. The only thing missing were some cooking and grill utensils and cookware. I had to purchase a wine corkscrew but left it for the next guest searching for one! Bring your own beach chairs, towels, and pool floats. We really enjoyed the beach bikes (there were 4 available) and taking the golf cart for drives around the neighborhood and to grab something to eat. Our favorite part of the home was the pool and covered back porch. The pool area is gorgeous and private and the comfy porch was a perfect place for morning coffee and breakfast. We stayed in the mermaid room upstairs and we both slept so soundly. It’s really quiet and the bed was very comfortable! We loved this area and walking the beautiful beach. We didn’t want to leave and hope to come back soon!

Great place to stay

I was on vacation with my adult kids and 2 grandkids and had a great time. The house is exactly how it is shown and described in the information. The pool was great! We stayed the last week of May and the pool was fairly warm so no need to heat it. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need. We cooked most nights and never set off the smoke detector as mentioned in some reviews. You are provided a sample size of dishwashing liquid so might need to bring extra. You are also provided about 3 trash bags so might want to bring extra. The bedrooms and baths were all as described. Of note, you are provided hotel sized soaps so might want to bring your own. We had plenty of bath towels. Everything worked well. Short walk to the beach and the grand kids did not mind the walk. The golf cart was 6 passenger and a great addition to the house. The bikes were good to have but difficult to adjust the seats because they were getting a little rusty but worked fine for the 2.5 mi ride to the downtown area. Overall, this is a great place to stay and would definitely stay at this house again. Highly recommend.

Perfect place to relax for vacation.

We arrived into town about 3 hours before check in and as we pulled onto 30a, we received a text that we could check in early. I had read the reviews saying the house was run down and not clean, but kept telling my husband, this house is so beautiful and it was clean. Our golf cart and bikes were ready when we arrived. The pool is the perfect evening treat after the beach. The beach was so close and we were able to go every day. I really enjoyed the sandy roads and walking through the lagoon to the beach. It made it so much more unique. To address others complaints- yes the sheets are thin but i was warm enough every night even without the blankets I brought. The house is not run down in my opinion. We cooked several times to include using the gas stove and oven and never once had an issue with the smoke detector going off (we even fried fish from goatfeathers) We had one issue with the pool heat turning off and they came within in an hour of my contact to fix it. They even come clean your golf cart and put gas in it for you. The listing does say no crib but there was a pack n play there for anyone who needs one. I hope the next family enjoys the house as much as we did.

Pros and Cons

The private pool was great. The cleanliness was just ok. One of the beds was not made when we arrived which was problematic for getting kids in the bed, since we arrived late. Vacasa was not quick to handle the issues, unfortunately. The king bedroom on the main level was equipped with queen sheets instead of king, which was sort of frustrating because the fitted sheet kept coming up in the night— on top of the already super hard mattresses. The comfort just left a lot to be desired for the cost. We were also told we could park our golf carts at the eastern lake access, and had a sheriff fuss at us when we got back to our cart on the last day. There were about five other carts there and they were ticketed, we were just lucky enough to be walking up when he was writing tickets. The smoke alarm went off every time we opened the oven, and it didn’t appear there was a proper down draft installed— which probably caused the problem. We couldn’t use the oven during the day because it would wake the baby up from her nap. We did like the Seagrove location and the convenience to a lot of restaurants.

Superior House

The house is really nice and clean. The pool is fantastic and good for swimming. We appreciated the sun shades over the pool. 2 beach accesses are nearby.

Family vacation!

Location was perfect, the house itself was just the best. We were all together but at the same time had our own privacy by each room having their own bathroom. We all loved it and didn’t want to leave this place.
