Very Clean and Comfortable

My family and I enjoyed our stay! It was in a convenient location and the we were very happy with the cleanliness of everything inside! Will definitely stay again!

Our stay was great! The host Coty was very accommodating. The apartment was very clean and comfortably set up for our stay. Would highly recommend this waterfront location!

Comfortable and dog friendly

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was as described in the listing, and very clean. The neighbors were very friendly and there was a nice park across the street to walk our dogs in addition to the spaces around the buildings. The location is also convenient to a local grocery store, diner, and Dunkin' Donuts. Bigger stores were only 15 minutes in either direction. This place worked great as a home base while we explored the different parts of NH. The owner was very considerate and contacted us beforehand to make sure that the sleeping arrangements would be enough for us. It worked because we had 3 kids under 10 and 2 adults. This would probably be a tight fit for 5 adults.

Beautifully done little place, very clean. Friendly and communicative owners. Nice comfortable bed, nice linens and towels. Dishes in the kitchen. I would definitely stay here again. However the stairs are really shallow treads and feel steep with no handrail on the open side and the bathroom is downstairs. Would not recommend for anyone with any challenge with stairs or for children under 8. Also could hear every word the neighbors said while in the livingroom. Not sure if they were loud or the walls were thin. Did not notice it upstairs in the bedroom.
