The listing is not accurate and picture are not accurate

This was very disappointing in this place. I'm not sure what the listing meant by 24/7 security is that the bar on the garage or the security guard at the other property in front of the home. The pictures are made to look much better than the property is. No air conditioning and the two small fans did not even work correctly. The shower leaked it sound at time like the shower was on constantly. We had a cockroach in the house and many other bugs. I understand this is CR, I have traveled in CR over ten times and have experienced the bugs but there is a gaping hole under the front door, so bugs can just come in. The good- always love this location in SJ, nice restaurant and easy to get around. For the most part it was a very quiet street. The house cleaner was good and the instructions to get to place was good.

Perfectly situated for our purposes. Visiting from Guanacaste to source items that are not readily available in our area. Central to all retail outlets.

Perfect location

We were in SJ to look for kitchen appliances and other house hold goods. This house is perfectly located to access a large selection of home design stores.

This is an authentic "AAA" Costa Rican neighborhood, with children playing outside, riding bikes, "futbol mejengas" in parks, people walking dogs and exercising since early in the morning. You might even catch a glimpse at the cows, goats and horses on the empty lots that owners lend to farmers from the area.

Pick up your breakfast/lunch walking anywhere from this location, and choose where to dine from over 30 different options. All walking distance (flat). Check distances below.
