Retirement condo

Everyone was very friendly in the condo complex. We meet some great people. The condo meet our needs with the essentials. It was clean but had older appearance. Our host wa very accomodating and friendly. The construction on the beach wall was noisy but we enjoyed watching the progress

Great location with wonderful view!

The condo was very comfortable, and the area was convenient to beach, shopping, and golf. We enjoyed the view of the ocean, and have been fascinated watching the beach dunes renovation. The condo is in a great neighborhood for walking that includes along the Intercostal Waterway. The host was very accommodating by providing a drying rack and yoga equipment. We will always have fond memories of our stay.

Great location

Property manager not on premises, didn't appreciate having to pay $80 for a background check when we had stayed 2 years ago with no problem. Also unit was not ready when we arrived, owner was very unorganized. She had no mailbox key as she told us it was a condo so there was no mail. We had to go to the Post Office and pay $35 to have the mailbox lock replaced and receive keys. Check in was delayed as owner was still clearing unit out when we arrived. On the positive side, owner was cordial and beds were comfortable.

Our Community is truly a One-of-a-Kind! We have the best Resort-sized Pool with our own PRIVATE BEACH WALKWAY to enter a NO-DRIVE BEACH! OUR VIEWS ARE INCREDIBLE! Bonus: we are as Oceanfront as you can get without actually having the worries of being on the Ocean! Our Views are Exceptional! Both Sunrise and Sunset views!

Peaceful and Quiet area. Kayak, Fish, Surf, Bike, Hike, and more! Yoga, Massage, Farmer's Markets, Pickleball and Parks nearby... just a wonderful retreat!
