Enjoy the beauty of Boulder while staying in a top-floor 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo with views of the Front Range. This condo has been newly renovated with upgrades that make it feel like home. The condo comes equipped with in-unit washer and dryer and upgraded kitchen and bathrooms. Sleep easy on the newly purchased mattresses. Work from home in the office area while enjoying views of the mountains. Covered underground parking included and elevator access.
Complex includes access to the clubhouse with a heated indoor saltwater pool and fitness room. Newly refinished tennis courts are right next door along with grilling stations.
Maximum occupancy is 4 individuals. No smoking (of any kind). Minimum 1 month stay. Pets are not allowed.
