Mix Up

We rented the Biddleville property for one night so we didn’t have to stay at a motel before flying out of Charlotte for spring break. When we got there, the property had been double booked (it’s listed on more than one rental site) and the other group had already checked in. We contacted the owners and they immediately got back to us, and fortunately they had another rental close by that could accommodate us. The neighborhood wasn’t quite as nice, and neither was the layout or decor of the rental, but it was very clean and they credited us 20% off. The second rental was a duplex and the neighbors returned late at night and we could hear them through the walls, so we didn’t sleep that well. However, it all worked out for our purposes, and we didn’t really blame the owners for a technical error since we were able to have a place to stay, but we might have preferred a bigger discount on account of the mixup. We enjoyed Charlotte.

Weekend Stay

We rented this property for a place to stay after a concert at Bank of America. Less than 5 mins to Uptown, and such a cute and cozy home in a good neighborhood. Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay close to the city!

I am originally from England, but have called Charlotte my home since 2003. I have seen the city grow and flourish into beautiful neighborhoods with a variety of attractions and restaurants develop. I love to practice yoga and enjoy cooking for my family. I always communicate promptly with all of my guests and make sure their trip is memorable!

Its a great neighborhood that is close to almost everything around uptown Charlotte. Its very easily accessible from I-77 and is close to J. C. Smith University. Panthers stadium is a 15 min walk as is most parts of uptown. The free street car stop is a couple of blocks away. Lots of new homes in the area.
