Gem of a place
The property is a great location. On a canal that leads out to Largo Sound - great for kayaking and boating. This is a great little neighborhood. Quiet and clean. Nice neighbors. I hadn’t stayed in a trailer before but it turned out to be a great experience. It has been completely updated from one end to the other. New kitchen. Open floor plan for kitchen/living room/dining area. It is immaculately clean and is as nice as the pictures show. The bathrooms are updated with walk in, rainfall showers. The decor is perfectly Florida Keys. I will miss the outdoor living space - Tiki hut with an elbow couch and coffee (maybe margarita) tables. There is also an outdoor grill area and fish cleaning station. The overall location is convenient to both Miami, the Everglades, and the Upper Keys. The owners are great to work with. They responded quickly to every inquiry. I highly recommend this property.
