The place was quaint a d close to the beach. Plenty of room for 5 people.

Good property. My only addition that would be good is to have spare sheets for the pull out couch.

Family Beach Vacation

Overall the condo was very clean and we were quite comfortable with our stay. The only minor issue was that the kitchen was not equipped for family dinners. Would definitely stay there again.

Short trip to Florida

Had a lovely stay at this VRBO. The condo was super clean and well stocked with towels, toiletries, kitchen cleaning supplies and cookware. The pool was nicely heated and had plenty of chairs. The ocean was just steps away from the pool area. The view of the ocean from our side balcony was great. Plenty of sunshine all day long. Would stay here again!

Excellent stay! Perfect for girls weekend!

Cleanliness of this propertY was exceptional! Only feel like there are so many different codes to remember, lobby code, pool access code, stairway code, beach access code. Pool code did not work and felt uncomfortable asking others for code . Overall the property was perfect for our group.

Excellent Family Vacation

I stayed here with my wife and 3yr old daughter for a week and it was a great experience from booking to checking out. The location is great. You can walk out the lobby door and right onto the beach. Everything is done remotely which is really convenient. You don't have to worry about trying to pick up and return keys. The condo is very well maintained and very clean. It's pretty close to a lot of parks and attractions including the Clearwater Aquarium, Pier 60, Tampa Zoo, and Busch Gardens. This is a great place to stay and a lot of good memories to be made. I highly recommend this vacation rental especially for families.

Wonderful condo. Clean. Located next to a snide sanctuary. Some areas had horrible smell.

Easy to rent. Purchase the insurance in case. Condo clean. Issues notes were communicated with mgmt. some of the other owners were not pleasant and were quite rude.

San Remo

The sliding door to patio wouldn’t lock. The mop was filthy. I washed it out two times so that I could clean the floor during the week. The construction was the loudest between 8:30 and noon. Thank goodness it was on the other side of the building, but it was still very loud. We didn’t use the dishwasher.

Girls get away

Property was exactly as pictured and previous guests reviews. The property was on the beach and great view of sunset. The hot tub /jacuzzi wasn’t working which was disappointing as one of the primary reasons for the choice of property. Will need a car or Uber if looking to leave the property as nothing is close. Check in was easy. Their were luggage carts in lobby to assist w unloading. Internet n Spectrum app made for chill evenings. Beach chairs n bags provided.

Family Trip

This condo was not a comfortable place to stay & definitely not worth the price paid. Communication with Vacasa began on day 1 concerning roaches and pool fobs not working. The issues continued with dead tv remotes to air conditioner not working correctly and then stopping completely. I needed to constantly call in order to get things corrected days later and never, ever had anyone deal with the roaches. Vacasa was not interested in helping to make this an enjoyable stay.

Reddington Shores

Management was very accommodating to our family. Condo was spacious and clean with the exception of the outside patio, which had multiple packages of crackers left on it, some opened with crumbs all around furniture. Outside furniture was very comfortable. Kitchen was stocked fair. Plenty of dishes, cups, wine glasses. Lacking in pots/pans. Codes to enter building/pool area/condo were a nuisance. Nice location; quiet neighborhood; beach was clean; pool was clean. A few places to walk to for food/drinks that offered great food. Overall was awesome. Would stay again.

Definitely would come back

We really enjoyed the location and views, we were very happy with the beach access we had and it was perfect for our family. Only thing, as a parent with 3 young children, including twins age 1…. Would have been plug covers for the outlets. Sounds menial, but it’s clear children have been here before by the totes of toys that were there! Just a little piece of mind for parents would be awesome! There was some minor cosmetic things that should be fixed, but nothing that truly affected the usage of anything! Space was completely adequate for our group and the fact that the weather wasn’t super cooperative so we did spend a little more time than normal indoors! We’ll be back!

Construction

This property was great but the construction that we had no idea was happening ruined our stay and our plans for the weekend had to be totally rearranged. The jackhammering made it impossible to be in the unit; you could not be heard in a simple conversation. After getting in late and having difficulty with the locks we were awakened by the jackhammer. The brunch we had scheduled on Friday was ruined and we had to rearrange the lunch for the next day. I should have been told about the construction and would like a refund! This was totally unacceptable and so disappointing since the place itself was exactly what we wanted.

Just ok

I’ve stayed at a lot of properties in this area and this was my least favorite. They did mention in the listing that there would be construction and disruption, however it was extreme. They should not have even rented the place out. The noise was unbearable and lasted ALL day. We were woken up everyday at 8am by jack hammering and it lasted until at least 5pm. So, we had to leave the place from those times. In addition to the construction, the toaster did not work and there was the bare minimum as far as kitchen supplies goes. I couldn’t even find a cutting board-so forget cooking dinner there. Also the tiles in the bathroom were broken and coming up and the sink wouldn’t drain. I feel bad leaving a not so pleasant review, but there are definitely better properties to stay at.

Disappointing

We arrived at our condo to find the building shrouded in scaffolding. We were awaken the following morning to the sound of multiple jackhammers beating against the exterior walls. When I walked onto the patio to investigate the whole surface was covered in cement dust. The dust was actually seeping in through the patio door that would not close and wouldn’t stay closed unless you Hamed a stick that was provided to keep it tight. I’m not a complainer, but let me assure that I am not happy with spending my hard earned money on this scam rental. A week of rest and relaxation that was suppose to be, ended up being a week of visiting a construction site. Dirty, dusty, disgusting and demoralizing. That’s my honest opinion on this whole week. We ended up visiting with friends at another condo in the area for 6 of the 7 days we were there. I feel bad for any other people that are going to arrive to this situation without warning. You really should have disclosed the fact that the building was under renovations??

San Remo

Communication after arrival! Can’t talk to anyone other than someone in Oregon. Texting with Three different numbers, emailing and all will be right with you or will get back to you! NOPE! Try to blame not working AC on us when it didn’t work when we arrived! Repairman finally comes second day in afternoon and gets water out and says if it happens again this is what you do! 20 minutes after he leaves breaks down! We NEVER IN 10 days got anyone back, no compensation, we could leave but no guarantee of refund! My husband luckily kept fixing it so it would run for awhile continually filled with water and tripped it off. Always set at 73 just like they said! No curtains on living room window for privacy at night or if we slept out there! Living room furniture is totally worn out, stained and uncomfortable! Master bedroom with King has to use the guest bathroom in hallway and barely room to walk around the bed in the bedroom! No ceiling fans! The floors were filthy and socks were black! Finger nail clippings on side of bed on floor plus all the dust and hair that I swept up on arrival! The black on inside of washer which is mold. Dryer takes several cycles to dry cleaning out the lint trap after each use! Light in room of trash bin doesn’t work you are stuck in there in the complete dark thing to empty trash! Construction noise was absolutely awful and with the cold weather we had unfortunately we wanted to read and watch movies! NOPE! The pounding!

Great place & location

The only reason this property is getting a 4* vs. 5* is for 2 things - parking & bathroom towels available. To have a listing that will accomodate 8 people but to only have 1 parking spot is super inconvenient. We stayed in San Remo (another unit - not thru Vacasa) before and had 2 spots for 6 people so I wasn't concerned initially until I received the parking pass. I tried to get an extra spot but the first person @ Vacasa never called me back and when I called the next day, they told me the facility is small and there is no visitor parking. They did offer to find me a spot which was 9 minutes away for $120/day or we could park in the hourly parking for the beach (which closed at dark). By going to the complex we spoke with an owner of another unit who said that each unit should have 2 spots but there is street parking (both in front of the complex - only 2 spots - and on each side of the Gulf Blvd). Ultimately that is what we had to do which wasn't terrible but again, street parking on that busy road, not convenient. . As far as the condo itself, it was great. Very clean, plenty of kitchen items, laundry/diswasher/dish detergent, lysol wipes, sanitizer and the use of the beach chairs & coolers in the laundry room were perfect. The only complaint we have as far as the room is the towels - again for 8 people we were left 2 towels in one bathroom & 3 towels in the other. Could not find extra until checkout when we were looking under beds to make sure nothing fell down or went under and found a large tote full of extra towels/washcloths. Knowing that was there would've saved some time from washing/drying towels and using beach towels for showers. Overall, we love the San Remo complex and this stay was just as good as our initial stay. Perfect location, great amenities, just be prepared for parking and ask up front for additional bathroom towels. We were also able to meet Maria, the cleaning lady and she was the sweetest!
