This unit is located within a waterfront hotel "Sailport" located in Tampa, Florida, known for its scenic setting in the Rocky Point area and close proximity to Tampa International Airport. The hotel offers suite-style accommodations with fully equipped kitchens and balconies, providing views of the waterfront or Tampa Bay. Guests can enjoy easy access to popular attractions, including the Tampa Riverwalk, ZooTampa at Lowry Park, and Busch Gardens Tampa Bay. The hotel is also conveniently located near Raymond James Stadium and George M. Steinbrenner Field for sports enthusiasts.

Neighborhood is safe and family-friendly. It's also a great destination for a romantic weekend getaway.

You have access to the entire apartment, the parking garage, all outdoor amenities (pool, bar&grill, outdoor gym, beach volleyball, the dock, loungers, etc.)

Important Note:
Due to the recent storm, some amenities, including the sun deck, fishing dock, and sand/fire pit area, are temporarily unavailable.

However, the heated pool is in excellent condition, and the bar & grill "Big Bamboo Bayside" are fully operational.

We recommend renting a vehicle during your stay since many things are spread out in Florida. You are able to park your vehicle in the covered parking garage free of charge.
