The house is an end terrace, 1970s built property located in a quiet suburban area of Birmingham, however it is close to train links and bus routes into the City Centre. On arrival through the front door and porch area, you enter through the hallway into the living room which has a digital smart TV available for you to watch. There is also a desk area should you require to work as well as two comfortable sofas. Through the living room is the large kitchen diner boasting fridge, freezer, washing machine, hob and oven, as well as all the smaller appliances you may require. The dining area has a table for 6 people and French doors onto the garden.

A lovely, newly refurbished 3 bedroom home located in a quiet area of Birmingham. The house has a large fully fitted kitchen diner with new appliances and a comfortable living room. Upstairs is a newly fitted bathroom with overhead shower and three excellent sized bedrooms which can be configured as to your preferences. There is a paved garden at the back of the property.
