Guest manual
*You are booking a dog-friendly Airbnb! While we do make every effort in between stays to handle pet hair, we want to advise all guests we do allow pets and we cannot be held responsible for any potential allergic reactions.
*We have guests next door also, please clean up after yourself after using the rooftop, your neighbors dont want to see your mess and we don't want you to see theirs.
*For parking, 1st car- please pull up to the garage to allow for a 2nd car to be in close behind you. The left side of the driveway is for the neighbors.
*Please recycle recyclable items into the blue trash can on the side of the house. Plastic, paper, cardboard.
*Trash goes out every Thursday and gets picked up before 9 a.m, if you are here on a Wednesday night we would appreciate it if you placed it outside for us.
*We have a pet bed available in the kitchen cabinet and a pooper scooper and bags on the side of the house.
*To reduce energy we ask lights to get turned off when not used and use towels more than once.
*Folks traveling with moving trucks, you may use the dirt lot just east of the home for parking, do not use our driveway, please.
*Children must be monitored at all times on our balconies and rooftop deck. We will not be held liable for injuries.
* Please slowly open the large pocket door to the backyard.
* The only cameras are outside in the front entrance and backyard.
*Should there ever be an outage, there are a couple of flashlights and candles in the far left kitchen cabinet.
