Walk to WaWa, ACME, CVS, Tiki Taco, Aunt B's ice cream, Ernest & Sons (seen on Food Network), Richman's ice cream, Aversa's bakery, both community center parks, and easy drive/ride to AC for shows, concerts, and more. Two designated off-street parking spots, alley parking, and street parking. Quiet second floor unit with open floor plan, vaulted ceilings, two large bedrooms, private outdoor shower, private entrance, brand new everything, 6 beach tags for use during stay. Brigantine Volleyball Association courts are at our beach access walkway on the way down to the life guarded beach.

Clean, new 2nd floor pet-friendly unit

Nicely decorated 2nd floor unit - VERY clean (ESPECIALLY for a pet-friendly rental)! Nice outdoor balconies - small one off the living area with 2 tall adirondack chairs overlooking the street, larger balcony off the back master bedroom for outdoor dining / lounging around fire pit. Smart TVs in bedrooms / living room, large master king bedrm/bathrm, small queen bedrm, hall bath, and pull-out living room sofa. Bring own sheets / beach towels (extra bath towels if you like, although some were provided) and own beach equipment (didn't need beach tags after Labor Day). Easy contactless check-in. Owner communicated promptly. We had our maltese dog (brought small crate), plus had a visit from our 2 daughters, son-in-law, baby granddaughter (brought own pack-n-play). We didn't cook dinner for our weekend getaway, but the kitchen was well-supplied. Highly recommend for a couple or small family. Would stay there again.

Bright, clean unit!

Our party was 3. 2 adults and a teenager. The space was all new, super clean and well stocked with every essential. Master bed was comfortable and we enjoyed the outdoor deck and firepit. I would most definitely recommend this rental for a small family.

Cute, Clean, and Convenient

Excellent location, super clean and exactly as listed, well stocked kitchen, and just the right amount of space for a family of four! Thank you for sharing your lovely new condo with our family! We enjoyed everything...especially the quiet outdoor deck! Bonus: the food truck festival was on the beach that weekend!

Great Stay, but could use a few improvements

This past weekend, four of my friends and I stayed in Katie and Barry’s house for a long girls weekend. Overall, the trip was great and so was the house. It was brand new, and matched the Listing perfectly. Beds were both comfortable and the house was very clean. Katie and Barry were extremely responsive when halfway through the trip suddenly we were locked out of the home because our access code no longer worked. However there were a couple of things that could have stood to be improved. 1) We were told in the welcome packet that paper products such as paper towels and toilet paper were going to be provided. But when we arrived we only had half a roll of paper towels, and 1 additional roll of TP on top of 2 half used rolled. So, by noon on Saturday (we arrived Friday) we had run out of paper products and needed to go and get more ourselves because we’re staying until Monday. Luckily we had the ability to go get some, but would have loved to know when we were stocking things to bring ahead of time since we all had those items in our house. Not to mention, we had to take time out of our beach day to do so. So if advertising that these items were provided, I would recommend making sure that there’s enough for the duration of the stay. 2) The Outdoor shower and hose did not work. While it didn’t bother the group, it did mean that the house was overall a little sandier when we left it. Additionally, we felt like the beach was a little further away than initially anticipated. Yes, we were only 1.5 blocks from the entrance of the beach, but once you reached the entrance, there was quite a substantial walk to the sand, with the actual beach was fairly long as well. Overall, we would definitely stay again and had an awesome girls weekend!

Incredible location, roomy, great hosts

Really beautiful, newly renovated. The two outdoor spaces were really wonderful. So often rentals are just bedrooms crammed on top of each other. This was a true vacation space with all the amenities! A juicer and a cocktail shaker! Wonderful hosts that worked with us and because they are pet friendly we could share our vacation with our furry friends who had the time of their lives at the beach

Beautiful stay in brigantine.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Very modern, clean and cozy. We enjoyed the restaurants near by and walk to beach. The place is beautifully decorated and feels like home. Katie and Barry were easy to talk to and responsive. No issues with our stay.

We found a family friendly street with little traffic, yet, close to amenities of Brigantine such as: The Cove restaurant, groceries at ACME, Aunt B's ice cream, Ernest and Sons Deli, Aversa bakery, Tiki Tacos, Black Turtle Coffee, Kook's Burger (just to name a few we've recently walked to). The Brig is friendly and quiet, yet close to the entertainment and scale of AC. Look down the beach at night and see the lights of AC, look up the beach at night and see the pitch black of the state natural area. It's the best of all worlds.

Vaulted ceilings in the living room and master bedroom add volume and spaciousness. The house is equipped with LG HDTVs in the living room, guest room, and master bedroom. Wireless internet service is accessible through the entire home. The dining area has seating for 6. The kitchen is well equipped with pots, pans, and utensils. The bedrooms have cooling sheets which reside on top-of-the-line mattresses for superior sleeping. There is an outdoor shower with convenient modern ergonomic spray handle specifically for our unit to wash off sand before entering the home. No smoking permitted on the property.
