Welcome to my home!

*Dear guests, please note our suite is not suitable for toddlers. If you are travelling with kids, let us know in advance if we can suite you.

We are located in a beautiful and quiet residential area close to King George Blvd. Perfect place for a family staycation, lots of nearby parks, shopping centre and just 2 minutes away from Highway 10. In walk in distance to bus stops. Our place is perfect for all travellers.

Guest suite is located at the back of the main house. Private entrance and self-check in/out. Two separate cozy bedrooms with queen size beds and 1 bathroom in the hallway. Fully equipped kitchen, full bath and access to washer & dryer. All for the guest use only!

Along with the suite, you’ll have full access to the patio.

No assigned parking provided. Free Street parking is available.

Softball City Week

The communication with the owner was efficient and thorough. We greatly appreciated the parking as my daughter with diverse abilities was with us. The unit was clean and had everything that was advertised. We really enjoyed our stay and was grateful that arriving back at the suite after the late ball games, that the lights came on so we weren't stumbling around in the dark. We would definitely come back!

Sports tournament stay

This is our second time staying at this property and it was another amazing stay. A great space, comfortable, quiet, with a helpful and responsive owner/host. Highly recommend.

Rough start

The poperty is clean and is comfortable. Unfortunately our first night, we arrived later in the evening around 10 oclock because our plane was later. The place should have been available from 3 on. We were both tired and just wanted to go to sleep. When we arrived there was no parking to be found. We had to park two streets over. When we found the lock box outside the unit we could hear lots of noise inside. We found a young man sitting on the couch watching tv. He had food everywhere and he didnt appear to know why we were there. This was a bit unsettling. So we left and called the management number. I put it o speaker so my husband could hear. When dealing with customers that had already paid, you need to be apologetic from the beginning. This women kept turning it on us and saying how she was sure we wete at the wrong unit. This took 45 min to get sorted out. She finally apologized for the inconvenience. We had to find a hotel and no one offered to pay for that. They reimbursed one night for the unit. I finally got a text message at 10:30 the next day saying the unit was ready. Once we got into the unit it was fine. It had all the amenities. But parking proved to be a problem the whole time we were there. We noticed there was a car parked in a covered back alley parking. I would suggest you let your guests park there when the unit is being used. When someone has to park two streets over that is frustrating especially when you advertise parking in front of the house.

Softball Tournament in Surrey BC

This was our first VRBO and it will not be our last. Wonderful spot for the three of us, the kitchen, washing machine and separate rooms gave everyone their space - as if we were at our home. There were some questions we needed to ask and changes required - the VRBO app worked great and everything worked out.

A peaceful stay

I really enjoyed my stay, it was quiet and peaceful. The neighborhood was nice I love going out for walks and the neighbors were very friendly. I met the owner of the building and she was very helpful even stopped and asked if I needed a fan because it was getting warm outside, I didn’t need it as it was cool in my unit however, I very much appreciated her concern. Would definitely stay there again. The unit was clean and I had everything I needed.

As advertised

Nice place and no issues with the apartment. IKEA kitchen chairs are a bit of a torture but manageable. Parking on the street in the evening is near impossible but this is Vancouver and area so this shouldn't be a surprise to anyone. Eventually found a secret location two streets away. Worked just fine. I would go back again.
