The apartment 200m2 is located in the complex "Terrazas del Duque" with a large terrace and barbecue. The apartment has 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The terrace offers sea and mountain views. The terrace is equipped with a solarium for relaxation, a large dining table under a canopy and a barbecue. The apartments have a fully equipped kitchen, satellite. TV, washing machine, fiber wi-fi, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, etc.
The complex has a communal swimming pool (heated in winter).
Underground parking (there is one place in the parking lot). Five minutes walk to Bahia del Duque Beach and 10 minutes walk to Fanabe Beach. There are a lot of restaurants and shops nearby and several large shopping complexes with world brands. From South Airport 20 minutes by car, 50 minutes from North Airport.
