Contemporary 2 story Townhouse in the heart of downtown Sarasota. Walk everywhere and less than 10 min to Saint Armand’s Circle or Lido
Beach. Immaculate interior contemporary finish with porcelain tile and carpet on first floor for a guest bedroom with full bath, den with sofa sleeper and executive study desk just outside of den along with large closet with washer/ dryer. Stairs to second floor lead to open concept large living room, dining room and kitchen. Bamboo floors and kitchen with Viking Appliances. A half bath also present for convenience of guest. Master bedroom and bathroom on second floor. Master bathroom with shower and stand alone tub along with his and her Sink/ Vanities. Lastly 2 car garage and location, location, location!

Sophisticated Modern Elegance

Property is exactly what my husband and I were seeking. Scrupulously clean and modern, the townhouse is large enough to “spread out”, but the open concept living, dining rooms and kitchen provide ultimate convenience. The high end kitchen appliances, cook and dishware is complemented by generous amounts of cleaning supplies. A coffee station with all the fixings was ready upon our arrival. There are several TV’s and excellent internet service with a work station for those who need that. I could go on about the property, but our favorite thing is the location in the historic and charming Laurel Park section of Sarasota. Walk to literally everything! Bayfront Park, Main St, Palm Avenue, Selby Gardens, Sarasota Art Museum and more. Get those steps in! Lori, our host is wonderful and as two Jersey Girls, we hit it off big-time. Needless to say, we will be back.
