The Space:

With views of Big Bald and the surrounding mountains both indoors and out, this cabin rises to the top when it comes to a fantastic vacation retreat! The residence provides all the comforts needed for a home-away-from home experience, with several options to entertain guests of all ages.

Highlights include two living spaces, one with a wet bar, Smart TVs on each floor and a hot tub overlooking stunning mountain vistas.

On the main level, an oversized kitchen is beautifully stocked with all prep ware needed to cook and serve full-course meals with seamless transition to the dining area where the table offers plenty of space for entertaining. A sitting area by the fireplace with views for miles from the grand wall of windows is both an idyllic conversation spot and wonderful place to cuddle on chilly evenings.

The residence’s bedrooms are smartly situated across the 3 levels, offering great options and privacy for extended families or groups of friends traveling together. The master bedroom is located on the main level floor with a Queen sized bed and attached ensuite full bathroom.

Walk upstairs and there are two bedrooms, don't forget to look over the living room and see the mountain views! There is one bedroom with twin bunk beds inside of it. There is a full bathroom in the hallway and another bedroom upstairs with a Queen sized bed.

Outdoor living is amazing year-round on 2 wonderful decks that both offer epic mountain views. Wake up with morning coffee overlooking the beautiful mountains, and the all-season hot tub on the private lower deck is pure perfection after a long day of hiking, skiing, or tubing. Grill fresh dinners on the propane grill under cover right off the kitchen on the upper-level deck, then serve al fresco with a view on the outdoor dining table. Spend evenings in the deck’s chairs with a refreshing drink watching the sunset turn into some of the best stargazing for miles around.

Pets are allowed for $125 per stay, up to 2 dogs :)

GUEST VERIFICATION:
To ensure a smooth and secure stay, we require the primary guest listed on the reservation to complete a simple screening process within 48 hours of booking confirmation. Please note that your reservation is not confirmed until these steps are completed.

Once verified, and prior to check-in, guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes:
- Agreeing to our rental terms and conditions.
- Providing a valid government-issued ID and a matching credit card before check-in.
- Paying a non-refundable $55 damage waiver. The damage waiver provides coverage for accidental damage during your stay, as long as it is reported prior to your check-out.

The damage waiver covers accidental damage that may occur during your stay. To ensure coverage, all damage must be reported promptly while you’re still at the property. We understand there is normal wear and tear at houses but should anything accidentally break or get stained during your stay please just let us know. Thank you!
