This beautiful 2BR, 2.5BA Villa is located within the Jardines de Palma Real in the gated community of Hacienda Pinilla. Beautiful eight foot wooden french doors lead to the covered patio on the first floor for dining and relaxing and also to the second floor covered balcony.

There are two bedrooms each with their own bathrooms. The downstairs bedroom has a two twin beds and walk in closet. The upstairs master bedroom has a king sized bed and walk-in closet as well as direct access to the upstairs balcony. The master bath has a Jacuzzi tub. The upper living room with pull out sofa opens to the upstairs balcony. Maximum occupancy is six guests.

The kitchen has beautiful granite counters , stainless steel dishwasher and refrigerator. Convection oven perfect for baking bread, four burner cooktop is on the island facing the dining and living room. Beside the kitchen we have a laundry room with a washer and dryer so you can pack light for your getaway

This is a beautiful corner villa where you will have balconies on both sedes for your enjoyment.

The workout room and private community pool area are included with the rental and just a short walk from the Villa.
