The outdoor space offers quick access to cross country skiing, snowmobiling, mountain bike trails & hiking. There is a beautiful creek that runs through the back section of the property.

- This home is dog friendly (up to 2 dogs). Pets must be approved by property manager & a non-refundable pet deposit of $250/pet will be assessed. Some restrictions may apply. The property does not have a fully fenced area, so dogs must be monitored while outdoors.
- The spiral staircase which provides access to floors 2 & 3 of the home may pose difficulty for those with mobility limitations, small children & some pets.
