Welcome to our fully remodeled, energy efficient home, centrally located in the mountains of Missoula. Our home is a short 10 minute bike ride to downtown or a $12 Lyft. We hope you will enjoy our open concept one bedroom, one bath house. Amenities include a fully stocked kitchen, large bathroom with tub and organic toiletries, minisplit heating and cooling, heated floors throughout (for those cool Montana mornings), stocked laundry room, Fenced backyard, patio w/ seating, Private Parking.

Cute and clean!

Just as advertised - very nice, clean, all the amenities. Courtney was easy to get in touch with, very responsive. Nice appliances. Large tub/shower combo. Small yard for our pup. Would definitely stay again.

Great proximity to the university, shopping and restaurants. Perfect for us and our two dogs.

Double-booked

We arrived to find other people already staying at the VRBO. The owner apologized and offered a refund. But, we had to book at a more expensive hotel at the last minute. Less than ideal experience. The owner should have arranged and covered the cost of the alternate lodging. The cleanliness rating is one star only because I had to put a rating and there were other people's things in the unit.

Excellent place!

Lovely home in a great location. It was clean and perfect in every way! The yard was great for our pup and we enjoyed the proximity to restaurants and downtown.

Amazing but warm!

This property looks exactly like the pictures and has been renovated and decorated beautifully. The yard was just the right size for our pup to bask in the sun. The rental has all the amenities you would need and the ONLY downside was that the AC unit only serves the living room and kitchen, the second half of the house including the bedroom and bathroom receive no air and were quite a bit hotter than the rest of the house. A fan was provided and we also used two of our own but it was very warm and during the summer months it would be quite difficult to sleep and shower without breaking a sweat. Something else to note is that the bathroom does not have a door, it just has a hanging curtain so if you’re traveling with other people you will need to shut the barn style door between the kitchen/living room and second part of the house where the bedroom and bathroom are, which also cuts off any air flow. I hate to be critical bc the property is adorable and we loved so much about it, a ceiling fan and another window AC unit would make this place perfection.

A cozy sanctuary

This was a great place for our small Thanksgiving weekend. It was so well equipped and the finishings are way nicer than the average rental. Heated floors. That's the doozy. HEATED FLOORS. And the biggest / nicest tub/shower combo I have seen. The owner is accessible, the fenced yard was perfect for my pup. The neighborhood is cute, safe, and walkable. All of the little frustrations you often get at a rental (no refills for toilet paper / no seasonings / no assigned parking) have been thought of and handled! The kitchen is stocked with great dishes / cookware, there are backups of everything / so much parking space / blankets all over! It was cute / cozy / convenient, and allowed us to reunite with family in Missoula without being cooped up at their place. Will definitely stay again and will probably model a future bathroom after it.... Thank you!!!
