What an adorable cottage!

We absolutely loved our stay here. The property around the house is filled with roses and beautiful trees, and the inside the house is splendid. The kitchen seems new and very well stocked, the appliances are amazing. The bathroom is adorable and the shower is lovely. The bedroom is just perfect, and the bed was so comfortable. Everything was so nice and overall amazingly clean. The owner left us a bottle of wine which was really good! and we enjoyed the hot tub as well. Can't wait to stay again.

Cozy home in gorgeous neighborhood

This is the cutest and coziest cottage on a beautiful street in Santa Rosa. This was our second stay and it did not disappoint. The home is clean, well appointed, comfortable and very cozy. It is great for a couple but could work for a family with a small child. The hot tub and backyard are a wonderful way to unwind after a day of exploring the wineries in Sonoma. Shelly, the owner, is very communicative and accommodating. Highly recommend and we will be back again.

This was a great property clean and quiet. Comfortable bed nice kitchen well equipped and nice outdoor seating areas. Close to downtown and major roads.

Nice stay

We enjoyed the property throughout our stay. Everything was hospitable and to our liking. We were fairly close to our destination, but the property is close enough to boulevards to have easy access to the highways. We would stay here again.

Absolutely beautiful and charming.

It’s a small and humble home in a historic neighborhood. A lot of love has been poured into it, and it was such a charming place to stay while we explored the Santa Rosa area! The appliances are modern and pro grade, the bathroom and shower are perfect size, and the hot tub is even placed to provide good privacy during the evening. Definitely a place we will refer our friends and family to!

Wine weekend

Shelli’s place is amazing and perfect for a quick weekend in wine country. The area is so cute and walkable to many restaurants/shops/etc. The decor and renovations to the cottage were done wonderfully. Would highly recommend anyone to stay here!

Perfect!

I’ve never had such a positive experience at a vacation rental. Shelly was easy to communicate with. The house was absolutely adorable with all the amenities. Location was ideal. This place is a gem!

Great place to get out and walk

Great, clean, cozy place to stay with a beautiful, hot tub and a very large stove to cook dinner and great place to walk to dinner or look at the trees and the beautiful houses quiet and peaceful.

Fabulous Stay

The home is perfect for a couple. It is cozy, comfortable and well appointed. The kitchen is fabulous and the hot tub is a bonus. The location is accessible to multiple locations and the freeway. The street is quiet and a beautifully tree lined. The only ask would be a lighted make up mirror as the bathroom lighting is not the most conducive to putting on make up.

Class Reunion Trip to Santa Rosa

My sister and I stayed at the cottage when in town for our class reunion. Let me just say this rental was perfect for us! The neighborhood is historic, beautiful and quiet. Shelly was available for questions and we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this charming cottage.❤️

Charming home in beautiful neighborhood

A friend and I stayed here while visiting our Santa Rosa friends. The house was beautiful and comfortable in a stunning leafy, walkable, quiet neighborhood. Even though there's only one room, I slept on the sofa bed in the living room which had a firm mattress and seemed brand new. We used the hot tub in the backyard which was quite spacious and fun. There are plenty of places to sit outside - on the front porch overlooking the beautiful front year and fountain, and in the backyard that has two umbrellas, a table and comfy patio chairs. We highly recommend this cottage.
