Our customer service office provides our members with seamless service, as well as transportation to and from the Dubai airport, Dubai Emirates Mall, and Andreea’s Beach.

Dependent on membership level, members can enjoy the use of a golf cart for easy access around the Home Resort, they can enjoy premium top-shelf drinks, concierge service and a Gourmet (BBQ) Grill when they stay with us. We are introducing special VIP designated areas for members only and events on a weekly basis for your pleasure. Devoted to accommodating your every need, we build upon our five-star amenities and provide you with a private chef, personalized laundry service, luxury transportation and along with the home resort restaurants, members will also have access to up to 35 VIP restaurants.
