The space
➤the house has 4 bedrooms, 3 double beds and a bunk bed, also a double mattress. It can fit comfortably 10 people.
➤The two-storey villa is fully fenced and has a garden on all sides.
➤On the first floor there is a large and bright living room, a complete kitchen, an office and a bathroom.
➤The terrace covers the entire perimeter of the house with two spaces ideal for breakfast, lunch or dinner al fresco.
➤The entrance also leads to the ground floor (sleeping area) where there are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
➤From all the rooms it is possible to have independent access to the magnificent pool of 12 meters x 5 meters with views of the forest and fully equipped (deckchairs, tables, etc.) for the maximum comfort of guests.
➤On the left side of the house, a shaded area precedes the outdoor kitchen with wood-burning barbecue for incredible barbecues with family or friends.
➤On the right side, a large outdoor area includes the laundry room with washing machine and accessories.

Guest access
⦿The villa is a completely enclosed space for private use.
⦿The lower level garden area is part of an annex residence, not accessible to guests.

☛Parking is free and almost always available in front of the door or nearby
