Make Eagle Trace Cabin in Valle Crucis your new home away from home. This cabin has it all, new furnishing, new linens, new TV's, Mountain views, hot tub, wood burning fireplace, fire pit, air conditioning, dog friendly, sleeps 10, WiFi and much, much more. Wrap around decks to enjoy those cool summer breezes or the golden colors of Fall. Furnishings that surround you with comfort. You'll find new King bed and furnishings in the Master on the main floor. New sofas and TV in the Family room on the main floor as well as wood burning fireplace, kitchen and dining room. Two Queen bedrooms on the lower level plus game room with TV, Foosball table, Queen sleeper and gas log stove. In the loft you will find two twin beds and sitting area with additional TV. Eagle Trace is located in the popular Little Bavaria development in Valle Crucis. Oh, did we mention that there is a community catch and release fishing pond too! So, don't you miss Eagle Trace!


Additional Notes:
- CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
- Firewood may be purchased at the time of booking or with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter for $25 plus tax per night.
-This home allows up to 2 well behaved and mature dogs with a pet rent of $25 per dog per night.
​​​​​​​- 4WD or AWD vehicles are recommended November-April.
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers, crock pots, or storage containers. Towels and linens will be provided.
- ALL of the guests staying in homes that are in Little Bavaria are allowed to fish in the lake in the development. Because that lake is in a private community, they do NOT need fishing licenses to fish in it, however, it is catch and release ONLY.
- Check in is after 4pm and check out is by 10am
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
