Welcome to our brand-new work-friendly business suite! As full-time remote workers, we understand the importance of having a designated workspace while traveling. That’s why we created Holiwork Stays: a family-run vacation rental company aiming to help professionals stay focused, productive and inspired even when traveling. Whether you’re holiworking or just holidaying in Plovdiv, we’d be more than happy to share our boutique business suite with you!

Our apartment is located only a 10-minute walk from the must-visit historical Old Town and another 5-minute walk from Kapana, where you will find the best shops, restaurants and cocktail bars in town!

The apartment offers one bedroom and a double bed under a skylight window, large living room with a designated office space, well-equipped kitchen, modern bathroom and a storage room. The couch in the living room is very comfortable and suitable for one person to sleep on. The apartment features eco-friendly spaces with a unique plant life.

The apartment building was built only a few months ago, so you can expect modern and clean building premises. The apartment itself is located on the 4th floor and is bright and warm.

Our designated professional office space is well-equipped and you can make use of our printer, mouse, keypad and super-fast Wi-Fi 6 to ensure that you have the essential equipment needed to conduct your business while on the go.

Once you book our apartment, we’ll send you the full address details and instructions about self check-in. There is free on-street parking, so you don’t need to worry about extra parking fees or spending a long time looking for a parking space.
