"IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- THIS HOUSE IS SELF-CATERING. We provide a small starter kit. Stop by the supermarket to get the items you will need for your stay.

- HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service. Before check-in, the unit will be cleaned and inspected. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. No Extras available. Mid-stay cleaning services and replacement towels/sheets are available for an additional fee. We don't provide POOL/BEACH TOWELS or WASHCLOTHS. If you need them, please bring some for your use.

- Pool Heat fee $40/night for the stay. You must request it at least 48 hours before check-in. Pool heat will not exceed 95F. Heaters work through HEAT EXCHANGE and WILL NOT BE EFFECTIVE in cold weather. If you still would like to heat the pool and it does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund

- All guests must sign a rental agreement. We will hold a refundable security deposit of $300 on your card two days before check-in.

- GRILL: BBQ Rental $50/stay will apply. Guests are responsible for filling the propane tank. Please request the grill at least 48 hours before Check-In

- ONLINE PURCHASE: Most resorts won't accept USPS and return deliveries to the sender. UPS, DHL, and FedEx usually work. In some resorts, the packages are delivered to the clubhouse. Fees may apply.We are not responsible for issues with your online purchases.

- ADDITIONAL CHARGES WILL OCCUR FOR MISSING or DAMAGED ITEMS, EXTRA CLEANING, LOOSE TRASH

Great Stay

Great stay. Unable to access home upon arrival in the middle of the night, but was immediately resolved. Would stay again.

Need improvements.

The house is located in a nice and quiet neighborhood. However we were disappointed with the cleanliness of the house, since we were charged a cleaning fee. A fee for which we expected to find a clean place. this did not occur, me and my sister had to spend many hours cleaning pots, plates, utensils, blender, etc. So if you are planning on using the kitchen, be prepared to do your own cleaning. Additionally the kitchen sink was clogged and smelly, we reported this to the owner who sent someone to fix this the next day. Also the tiles of the bathrooms had mold and the bathroom on the first floor had a weird smell. The grill was dirty and full of grease and there was an old trash bag full and smelly from a previous visitor. (ALL THESE CONCERNS WERE REPORTED TO THE OWNER WHILE WE WERE AT THE HOUSE WITH PICTURES INCLUDED ) Lastly please make sure to take all your belongings with you, as my niece realized she forgot her AirPods after we left (she confirmed the last location of the AirPods once she got home) at the house and when we asked the owner for anything left behind, he mentioned the cleaning crew did not report finding anything after we left.

Reunion 6 bedroom house

We loved our stay at this house. The best parts were the outdoor pool and hot tub, cinema room, comfy beds, functionality of the kitchen, pantry off the kitchen, and the gated community. The house is large and well laid out for a large group. Things that could be improved; kitchen didn't have some of the "basics" like oven mitts, oven baking sheets, ziplock bags, parchment or tin foil. 3 of the bedrooms are not usable by adults as they have very short twin or bunk beds (themed for kids). The traffic to go anywhere from the house is horrible (Old Lake Wilson Road and Hwy 4). We couldn't get the TV in the family room (off the kitchen) to work. Seemed it was missing the remote. Reported this to the property manager but didn't get a resolution. Overall its a great house and if you love a back yard pool and hot tub, this place is fantastic!!!!
