Welcome to NOLA! Your whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from our centrally located home just a stone's throw from downtown. With easy access to restaurants, Canal Street and the French Quarter, there will be plenty to entertain your group. Looking for a more relaxed stay while in New Orleans? The Lafitte Greenway is just a few blocks away from the house, where you can rent a bike. Alternatively, City Park is a short drive away!


The space
This beautiful newly constructed home in Treme is the perfect spot for your stay in New Orleans! With all the amenities you could ask for and within walking distance to the French Quarter, you can enjoy a stress-free visit to New Orleans!

We are a 10 minute walk (half a mile) to the French Quarter and about a mile to downtown! There are also bike rental stations within blocks of the home!

Literally steps to the gathering spots of Second Line Parades and Mardi Gras Indian gatherings and celebrations! Indulge in a uniquely New Orleans experience from the moment you arrive! (Please note these events happen at various times throughout the year and may or may not occur during your stay).

Guest access
Guests will have exclusive access to the entirety of the space including the living room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, washer/dryer, and back deck/patio area.
Other things to note
• Normal check-in time is 4pm on the arrival date. For check-in's from 12:30pm - 4:00pm, it's an extra $50 to have an extra cleaner assist with servicing the property. Check-in's before 12:30pm would require booking the previous night at a much-discounted rate. Contact the host for details.

Due to our close proximity to the Mardi Gras Indian and Second Line parade routes, there are regularly (every Sunday) large festivities very close by that can make parking difficult and create a sound that may be heard inside the space. Such festivities often include brass bands, motorcycle rallies, and other festivities.
