**Suites Versepuy**: Discover Chantilly in a small comfortable town house with 3 bedrooms, 2,5 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 living-rooms and a patio located in the city center, close to the market.
It is accessible by about twenty steps and the house does not have an elevator.

The house is located in the city center, near the market square. It is made up of two levels: 2 independent and distinct apartments that can accommodate 4 people each.
At the end of the street is the famous Chantilly racecourse.

Apartment A is on the ground floor and Apartment B is on the 1st floor (20-30 steps).
The 2 apartments are composed as follows:
-a fully equipped and completely redone kitchen:
-dishwasher,
-oven,
-juicer,
- kettle,
- microwave,
-Nespresso machine (capsules provided).
-a large dining table that seats 8 people (in the ground floor apartment)

You have a living room equipped with a smart TV with the Netflix and Prime Video subscription (for rainy days).

The rooms have new, high-end bedding (Emma mattress, elected product of the year 2020 by UFC-Que Choisir):

Apartment A (ground floor):
In the master bedroom, you will have a King Size bed (160x200).
The 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds 90 x 200.

-The apartment is equipped with double glazing
-You can enjoy the terrace as you see fit (the bay window is very heavy, be careful to close it at night otherwise you will be cold in the morning;)) but the sound resonates terribly here. Please respect the calm between 9 p.m. and 8 a.m.;)

Apartment B (1st floor):
The bedroom has new, high-end bedding (Emma mattress):
In the master bedroom, you will have a King Size bed (180x200) or 2 beds 90 x 200.
Please let us know which bed configuration you want. Otherwise, the king-size bed will be prepared.

☆☆☆☆ If the confirmation has been made for the same day, it will not be possible to accommodate 8 people but only 6, to have 2 single beds or to have linen for the sofa. ☆☆☆☆

Two other people can sleep on the new Poltrone Sofa convertible sofa (140 x 200).

A barrier for children is installed at the top of the stairs.

A cot is available * Please let us know if you need it so that we can prepare it * (subject to availability).

Sheets are provided and the bed is carefully prepared for your arrival.
We also provide you with towels, shampoo, shower gel, make-up remover, cotton and other basic necessities.

☆The entrance is independent thanks to a lock connected to the door of the house and that of the apartment. I send you the codes the day before your arrival.

☆ I take little cleaning costs but could you help me by putting all the dirty dishes in the dishwasher and starting it before leaving please (tablets are provided).
Also, please do not leave wet towels on the bed but put them in the white bag provided in the bathroom.

☆ Since the Covid, if you are not in too much of a hurry when you leave, I ask that the sheets and towels be put in the white net that is in the bathroom drawer.

☆ We remind you that it is forbidden to smoke in the house. You can smoke on the terrace but be careful, the bay window only opens from the right side and is very heavy (do not open from the left please). By closing it, you don't need to lock it. Just check that it has slid all the way or you will get cold in the apartment.

☆ Pets are forbidden,

☆ The entrance to the house is filmed and the records are kept only in case of problems,

☆ Prostitution is prohibited. If we have the slightest suspicion, a police call will be triggered immediately.

☆ Please do not organize parties music that may disturb the neighbors, meeting of more than 8 people...) and respect the calm from 9 p.m. to 8 a.m. (especially on the terrace because the sound resonates)
