Beautiful & Peaceful Vacation home with jacuzzi

This lake county getaway is only located minutes away from outdoor activities which include, Hiking trails with amazing views, Boat and jet ski rentals, Kayaks rental, boat and kayak launch ramps, Off-roading/OHV recreation area, a shooting range, AND WINE Tasting.

There is also a small shopping center located two minutes away which includes a grocery store, pizza, coffee, bakery, and gas station for all your needs. You can also drive about 5 minutes away and find the lovely Riviera Hills Restaurant & Lounge with a great view. About 15 away you will find the local restaurants, Walmart, Starbucks, and fast foods such as Subway, Jack-in-the-box, McDonald's, Carl's Jr, Foster Freeze KFC, and Downtown Kelseyville and Lakeport.

Exterior consist of jacuzzi, fire pit, corn hole, adult size connect 4 game, bench swing, relaxing area with chairs and coffee table to enjoy the Mountain View or stars, picnic table, and propane BBQ grill. Their is also a above ground pool but their is an additional charge/fee to use the pool.

The interior of the home consists of a brand new king-size bed with a view of the backyard and mountain Konocti. Additional bed can be setup if needed to be able to sleep four people(just notify in advance). There is also a beautiful electric fireplace for those cold cozy nights. Next to the bed, we have two beautiful Nightstands and lamps with USB connections and an electrical port to charge all your electronic devices. In the next room, we have a small (recently renovated), lovely, and fully equipped kitchen along with complimentary coffee pods and a coffee maker. There is also a bathroom with a walk-in shower and dual sink. Other highlights of this guest house include;
