Great stay!

My best friend and her two children joined me and my two kids for a little getaway. This was the perfect place to stay. Derek was amazing and communication was prompt and helpful! The house was on a very quiet street with super easy on street parking. The house itself was great! Very clean and spacious. We felt very comfortable staying here for 3 nights. If we were to visit Baltimore again, I would absolutely get ahold of Derek again!

“Eager” to Visit Again

Property was just as described and it presented exactly as shown in the photos. One huge plus was having 3 full bathrooms. Also the finished basement was a great place to exercise. There is an iron and ironing board if needed. If paper goods are needed, try all three bathrooms. If still nothing, there are stores located a short drive away. The bed were great and the linen crisp. Extremely clean facility. It was a pleasure staying at the property and a breeze communicating with the host and checking in.Parking in the rear was a bit tricky due to the narrow alley, but, it was a great parking option! Speaking of parking, take note of what the locals are doing with their car each day if parking in the front of the house; there are select days with parking restrictions. We are coffee drinkers so it is always good to know the coffee situation. The coffee maker at the property is a small Kureig. At the time of our visit there was a lot of construction and road detours around the property.The stairs leading up to the bedrooms are narrow but give one the opportunity to admire the exposed brick wall up close and personal. Nicely renovated house. Living room was cozy and there are beautiful hardwood floors throughout. Great space for the short visit.

Close to JHU hospital

This property is clean, comfortable, and has all the amenities you would need for an extended stay. It's about a 10 minute walk to the hospital.

Awesome host and great place to stay

We stayed for a longer duration (28 days). The home is located close to everything in Baltimore downtown. The home is very comfortable and spacious, fully equipped (and then some more)

Central location for JHU

This property was located perfectly to navigate Baltimore. JHU is buying up property to expand and there is a constant presence of security around the neighborhood. I walked through the neighborhood and felt relatively safe. I only walked during the day but like any other big city excising caution is recommended. I would stay here again.
