Eleven Eleven is a private, and luxurious 2 bedroom/1 bathroom with 1 queen bed, 2 twin beds, and a queen sleeper sofa. This restored beauty was built in the 1930’s and has been renovated in 2022 with top of the line appliances, furniture, and linens. The kitchen is equipped with all of the necessities, and the backyard is fenced in.

Located in the North Hill area, you’re only 4 blocks from Alabama Square park and less than 1 mile from Palafox street. The perfect location to visit shops, restaurants, and nightlife. There’s also Joe Patti’s Seafood, the Blue Wahoos stadium, the Bay Center, and more!

You’re a short 15 minute drive to Pensacola Beach, NAS (Naval Air Station), Fort Pickens, University of West FL, the mall, and airport. In addition, only a 30 minute drive to Johnson Beach in Perdido Key, and don’t forget about visiting the Flora-Bama!

Amazing property!

This house is amazing!!! It’s so cute and homey feeling. It was absolutely perfect for my family! Including 2 kids and pets! The location is perfect for riding across to the beach as well as downtown! The neighborhood was very up and coming which we appreciated. The neighbors were really nice and spoke to us a few times. The house itself is well decorated and furnished to make everything perfect for your stay. The host was super responsive and communication with her was amazing! She even provided beach chairs, boards and coolers to make our beach experience even more amazing! I highly recommend this property to anyone. We will definitely book with her again!

Eleven Eleven was brought to life thanks to my parents, Donna and Rich. My love for construction and homes came from my dad, who has been a builder for 30+ years. The design side came from my mom, who always knew how to make a house a home. I am a Jersey girl who fell in love with downtown Pensacola and the emerald coast, and am lucky enough to call Florida home. I hope this house feels like home to you. So excited to be hosting y’all!
