* 3-bedroom accommodation: 40 kWh daily limit.
* 4-bedroom accommodation: 50 kWh daily limit.
* 5-bedroom accommodation: 60 kWh daily limit.
If your consumption exceeds these limits, an additional charge of MXN $5 per extra kWh per day will apply. This policy helps ensure fair energy use and promotes responsible consumption, benefiting both the environment and your wallet.



Upon check-in, you will be given a wristband in the color that identifies your building and will identify you as a tenant. You must also present a copy of your official ID. (The wristband does not apply to those renting for more than 15 days.)
- Children under 10 years old must be supervised by an adult at all times and must wear swimsuits.
- Guests are not allowed.
- To use the pool, you must follow these rules:
- Pool hours are from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Swimming is not permitted after 10:00 p.m.
- There will be no lifeguard on duty. All persons using the pool do so at their own risk. The owners and managers are not responsible for accidents or physical harm.
- Diving and running around the pool are not permitted. The use of toys, balls, and inflatables must be considerate of other users. Children who are not toilet-trained must wear special swim diapers.
- All trash must be disposed of in the trash cans located in the common areas.
- Reserving lounge chairs or chairs in the pool and beach areas is prohibited. After 30 minutes, condominium security personnel may remove towels or clothing from the furniture and return them to management for safekeeping.
- Showering is mandatory after being at the beach and before entering the pool.
- Cleaning staff, drivers, attendants, etc., are prohibited from using the pool or common areas of the condominium.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Clothing or towels should not be hung on railings, balconies, or walls.
- Only regular swimsuits are allowed. Shorts are not permitted as swim trunks.
- Food, drinks, and sunscreen are permitted, as long as they are in containers that are not made of glass or other fragile materials. If food is consumed in the pool area, the trash cans must be disposed of, and the tenant must clean the tables, chairs, and beds before leaving the area.
- Excessive noise is prohibited inside the apartments.
- Drug use is prohibited inside the apartment and condominium, as is any lack of morality in the common areas. Anyone caught engaging in this type of behavior will be reported to the authorities.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment and on the balcony.
