This is a large one-bedroom place with a beautiful ocean/pools view but a few maintenance issues and communication problems tarnished our experience.
I don't know who was at fault, but we never received the welcome letter that included the entry code for the apartment with our Vrbo confirmation email. Then when we arrived, the person at the gate said we should go up to the fourth floor and someone would arrive soon with "the keys." After waiting half an hour, we went back down and asked him to call the property manager. I also emailed the owner and eventually he sent an email giving the door code and expressing surprise that the manager hadn't met us.
The manager later called us, said he could meet us that evening, but at a time we weren't available. I suggested the next day, he said he was out of town. He suggested he could come two days later but we never heard from him again.
The unit has a firm king-sized bed and older but very comfortable furniture. There's an ancient dishwasher and new clothes washer/dryer and big fridge in the kitchen. Bottled water is supplied in a water cooler.
The bathroom is very dark and the shower hardware is in poor repair, with the hand shower head threatening to fall at any time. The fan switch refused to shut off so we had to tape it down.
The unit comes with some nice extras like boogie boards and chairs and tons of
towels. But only one extra blanket and no sheets or blankets for the hide-a-bed.
The resort is located in the middle of a long lineup of similar resorts on a very nice beach. The nearest grocery store is about two miles away down the beach so we wound up footsore or taking cabs to get anywhere.
In short we had a great time. But we'll stay elsewhere next time.
