Great location and responsive host!

We stayed here over Derby weekend and really appreciated the condo’s charm and proximity to both Churchill Downs and downtown—super convenient and walkable. The neighborhood is adorable with lots of character. The unit itself is clean and quaint, with some nice newer amenities. It’s not super spacious or fancy, but it served our needs well for the weekend.One thing to note: the area can get quite loud late at night, especially after midnight with foot traffic from nearby bars, (bars stay open to 4am normally, open until 6am on Derby weekend. The windows and walls don’t block much noise, so light sleepers might want earplugs. That said, it might’ve been a bit more rowdy than usual due to Derby festivities.The highlight was the host—very responsive and helpful. We got locked out, and she had us back in within minutes. For the price and location, it’s a solid choice if you're looking for convenience, charm, and a good local vibe.

It was very nice.

It was very nice! I loved the kitchen aside from the extra wasp i had as a roommate (I named it bob). I brought my boy friend over for a few hours every day since he’s the whole reason I stayed here. The only big issue I had was the giant splinter I got stuck in my foot from the floor. This is why our parents told us not to drag our feet as a kid!! But in all honesty, the floors do need help. Another thing is that whoever manages the texting thing on vrbo for this place is not good with replying to messages. It would be a lot more helpful if they were. But otherwise everything was amazing and I’m very sure i’ll be back to stay there.
