THe 1st floor back bedroom offers a bunk bed with a trundle underneath. The second floor has 2 Queen beds, 1 double, 1 king with trundles under each side, a queen futon in the far back bedroom and a queen sofa in the first floor living room. The third floor can be rented separately to accommodate an additional 5 guests. Rented with the 3rd floor apartment it can accommodate 22 people. The property offers a combination of central air and window units. Sit on the wonderful front porch and enjoy the sites of Cape May go by. Grill in your back yard and relax after a day at the beach. There is a $350 Cleaning fee. The property is Dog friendly for a $300 pet fee for 1 dog. Street Parking only. Bookings are not confirmed until fully executed lease is received with Owner approval.
