Gorgeous Sproat Lake waterfront home available at BEST time of year: late July / early August!
Lakefront property, newly renovated. South-facing on Taylor Arm with stunning lake and mountain views. Sits on 1.2-acre forested lot, mostly level, loop driveway.

- Beautiful new hardwood floors
- Newly renovated kitchen and Master Bathroom
- Classic lake design, sweeping window views, beams
- Carport and garage with extra fridge
- Old growth trees
- Just 20 minutes from town

Exclusive access to entire property.
Other things to note
- No AC, but plenty of fans and main level is quite cool.
- Dock is useable but is aged and not in great shape. However, the waterfront has level areas with plenty of chairs. It's actually better because there's more space, it gets shade, and is more convenient (closer to the house). Swimming is right off the beach (pebbles, no silt), off the dock ramp, or off the dock.
Seeking respectful guests. Ideal for families. No parties, no sublets. Smoking only in designated area outdoors.
