The only restricted areas in the house are a couple of closets (don't worry there is lot of space to keep your clothes and things), the staff rooms and one room which is where owners keep their personal stuff.

Once you arrive to Cancun's International Airport, we provide complimentary transportation to Villa Aqua situated in Playa del Carmen, right in the heart of the Riviera Maya, just 50 km south from the airport.
Once at the Villa, you can walk, bike or drive around and you will find everything (beach, restaurants, shopping, entertainment, etc...) short distance.
You can also arrange day trips to visit ancient archaeological sites, ecological parks and cenotes.
Ferry service connects the Caribbean island of Cozumel with Playa del Carmen so you can easily enjoy a day trip out to the island for some scuba diving or snorkeling.
