We are excited to host our beautiful 4-bed, 2 bath Thousand Oaks home in a quiet neighborhood with a stunning south-facing mountain-view backyard!

If you want to be close to all SoCal has to offer but live in peace, you can't beat this location! We are located in-between Los Angeles and Santa Barbara and just 30 minutes from the stunning beaches of Malibu or Ventura! Just a 45-minute drive will get you to Beverly Hills, Universal Studios, and Hollywood!

Our home features an open plan kitchen, living, and dining area with stunning views across the back garden and surrounding mountains. The living area is equipped with a 55 Inch Smart TV and a full-size sleeper couch, while the kitchen features KitchenAid appliances and all the tools you'll need! We also have board games for any quiet nights!

Sliding doors lead from the kitchen to an outside-covered dining area with seating for 8. The back garden also features a large outdoor sofa and in-ground spa, which can be heated and cooled for a hot day's plunge!

The second living room features a 65-inch Smart TV, a large room, and Board sectional couch, and additional seating for movie nights!

We have 4 bedrooms for our guests. The primary bedroom features a King-size bed with a Four Seasons mattress and sliding doors to the backyard. You'll also find a full ensuite bathroom and a 65-inch Smart TV.

The second bedroom features a Queen Size bed, a full closet, and a Roku TV, while the 3-bedroom has a full closet and two twin beds. The 4th bedroom is a fully equipped office with a desk, monitor, and Roku TV. We also have a day bed in this room for an extra guest!

The garage has a washer and dryer for guests to use as well as a foosball and ping pong table! Given the beaches of Malibu are only 30 minutes away, we have beach chairs. Towels, buckets, and spades, and a cooler for you to use!

We have a Yale smart lock on the front door. A garage opener remote and another Yale smart lock from the garage to the house. We change the code for every guest for security reasons.

We love dogs, and welcome dogs, but allow just the one. We ask for prior approval and notice.. A $150 pet fee will apply. No cats due to allergies.

Great home, great location, great hosts!

Edward and David provided lots of great and detailed information and were very attentive to all questions and communications. We very much appreciated the guidebook. The home was beautiful, providing a perfect base for a family gathering. The kitchen was fully stocked and then some. The porches were beautiful, front & back. Rooms were spacious with comfortable beds. The lock system was easy and convenient. The location was central and allowed easy access to all our weekly activities. The neighborhood was great and easy to navigate. If and when we return to this area we would happily stay here again! Thank you!
