Welcome to my home! My name is Darby Woods, and I am a local Realtor for Coldwell Banker. I grew up in Santa Monica with my 3 siblings and my mother who has been a top Realtor for the past 50 years with Coldwell Banker. My family owns and manages many income properties in Los Angeles and Southampton, NY (listing on VRBO).
This is my primary residence where I raised my son. He now attends school on the East Coast so I spend half my year in New York, CT and soon to be PA where he will be attending college.
There are no reviews on my listing as I have only rented it once this past year and it was direct not on VRBO. Happy to furnish references, preshow the home or meet a friend to show the home.

Pacific Palisades is "Where the Mountains meet the Sea." It is an affluent, safe, family centric town with great restaurants, yoga, shops, coffee in the quaint downtown. Close to the beach and hiking. It is unlike any other parts of the Westside because it is perched up on a cliff overlooking the ocean with only local businesses.

My home is only leased for the months I spend on the East Coast. It is my primary residence and is cared and managed as my primary property verses other "income" properties that don't have the comfortable feel and energy of a well loved and cared for home with modern furniture, lovely dishes, fully stocked chef's kitchen.
Home remodeled in 2022, Wolf range, Sub-zero refrigerator/freezer, Miele dishwasher, Miele built-in coffee machine, Miele steam oven. If you plan to cook, this is the house to rent. Perfect for entertaining with built in BBQ and prep refrigerator outside while kids swim in the pool and Sonos music playing on the speakers. Walk to the bluffs to enjoy the view, walk to the hiking trails and close to Pacific Palisades Village and the Beach.
