A beautifully appointed 2,500 sf home on 1.5 acres and surrounded by open land in a rural and peaceful setting away from the hustle and bustle. Features 4 bedrooms & 3 full baths and comfortably sleeps 10-12.

Spread out among two large living areas, a huge screened-in porch as well as additional space inside and out, and don’t miss the awesome fire pit!

Fabulous location!!!

Best of both worlds. Country living paired with a short ride into the city. Home was perfect for a family weekend. Kids and adults alike really enjoyed this beautiful home. I would definitely recommend.

Adorable cottage

Beautiful property, clean and spacious. Owner was great when we had an issue with the electric and had help out immediately. No wi-fi at the property was a challenge because many of us didn’t have a carrier with an adequate signal- luckily I was there with friends and talked a lot and didn’t really need it.

Amazing property for two families

This property was perfect for our needs. We went with another family and we all had plenty of room, plenty of beds, plenty of sitting rooms! It was wonderful. The host kept in contact with me and was so nice. It was perfect. We attended an ECU football game and it was about 25 min from the field. We plan to stay there again in the future. Highly recommend!

Great place and location

Everything top notch. Wish internet and cable TV would of been part of the home versus using data from cell phone to be hot spot for TV.

Superb home away

For a large group this is it! By far the best home away from home. Tastefully decorated, clean home. The owners thought of everything to make our stay enjoyable. 5 different lounging areas to enjoy. 11 of us staying, 4 over the age of 75 and they had no problem navigating throughout the house. We enjoyed the no WiFi cleanse and relished the company of one another. Will definitely book again.

Beautiful place to stay

We were visiting family in the area and wanted somewhere we could all be together. This was a beautiful home, peaceful area. We all loved the firepit and screened porch. I cant say enough about how friendly and respinsive our host was. We lived every minute! We would highly recommend this home.

Stay for Tennis Singles States

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. It was immaculate and very well furnishes, comfortable beds/pillows, towels were nice also with bathroom supplies. Thankful Farmer and Dail closeby as we ate there often for dinner and lunch due to close proximity and good / casual food. We would have liked internet access or TV, but, didn't matter too much for us. We would stay again thanks for a great stay!

Amazing!

We were in town for a baseball tournament, and this was a perfect house for the coaches and their families. It was just as described, spacious and beautiful. We all felt like we were at home for the weekend! Communication with the owner was easy and pleasant. We hope to have a reason to stay again!! Would definitely recommend!!

Family Fun

We are from LaGrange NC but have lived in Richmond ,VA for 27 years. Our extended family has a huge get together in Arba, NC for Easter Sunday lunch (about 125 people) then a egghunt in LaGrange. We have not been able to attend in 4 years but decided to. My oldest son and his family want to go too. We stayed here and it was amazing. We are already talking about when we can come back.

Wedding Weekend

My daughter was married in Ayden, NC and we rented this home for my family to stay for the wedding weekend. The home was perfect and met all my expectations. The home was large enough for all of us to be able to spread out and having three full baths was great as we had 10 adults getting ready on Saturday for the wedding. Home was clean, very comfortable and had everything we needed. If you are looking for a home in the country this is the one.

ECU Graduation weekend

Loved the quaint farm location of this home only about 25 minutes from Greenville. Had a group of 10 for a graduation weekend celebration and there was plenty of space for all. I wasn’t sure how the eating table situation was going to work out but it was great. The table had leaves to extend then 4 additional stools that fit great under the table. We enjoyed sitting on the porch swing and using the firepit. I also recommend getting breakfast catered from The Farmer and the Dail. Great food and super easy to get to from the house! I’d definitely recommend this house!

Rehearsal Dinner and Wedding Stay

My family and I stayed in this beautiful home for my son's wedding in Greenville. We hosted the reception dinner and there was so much room for everyone to enjoy the food and fellowship! The side and front porch were the favorites! Everything that we needed was readily available and Amanda was so accommodating, kind and helpful. The property was absolutely beautiful inside and out! The house is SO ROOMY and comfortable! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would HIGHLY recommend this home for large family gatherings or events. You will not be disappointed!

Simply Beautiful!

My family and I was in town for a wedding and wanted a place that we could be comfortable in. The rooms were just right for everyone. The house and furniture was clean and beautifully arranged. I always clean any place I go to before I unload my luggage and food. I was that there were very little cleaning to do. The place was spotless ; quiet and welcoming. The hostess was very nice and pleasant to speak with when you needed to ask a question. This definitely a nice play to stay. I would love to go back with just me and my husband next time.

Not impress

When we got there it was ok but I've never have 8 towels for 8peoplw for a week 4garbage two toilet paper in two bathrooms ants in kitchen it should of been sprayed2dishwasher pod for 5days we use are own and end of trip had to supply toilet paper if I went to hotel at less I get clean towels and breakfest
